Rip-off Criteria

Alexander had a much more enjoyable time being alone at home. His home was now a little mansion with a little bit of extravagance that is only a level ahead of their previous house.

It still had two stories but it had a bit more space to move about. The same thing can also be said with the outside.

Featuring little tree gardens and grassy plains, it was quadruple times the area than the backyard and front lawn they had in those suburbs.

Considering their current situation, the place had tall enough walls to stop unwanted attention. It also helped that the move was done in a discreet manner, so it discouraged a lot of snoopers who knew their boundaries.

The furniture was left behind and minimal items of clothing, essentials, and extremely personal belongings were the ones that were brought.

All in all, it was not that any different from his grandfather's overall style! With the three of them busy with work, it can only be considered as sleeping quarters and his own recreation center.

It was a bit bland most of the time since the books were left behind but Alexander can focus more on writing scripts and storyboarding.

He was charging through it with enthusiasm and making sure that there would be no blindspots in his movie memory.

The balancing work also became a lot better with all the practical observations he had done on set.

This can be done. This is a bit extravagant. Way too unnecessary. This part could be a lot simpler.

If I do this... then it would really help ease the filming sequence.

Most of the capability, budget, and special effects balancing were mostly for the works with no live-action counterpart.

Alexander realized, that for some reason, his works were mostly revised versions of anime. Mob Psycho and Inuyashiki were the first to go and most of the following years would mostly be future anime adaptations.

Other Joe was kind of an otaku and Alexander himself can notice the great potential that the many mangas and Japanese cartoons have.

The main trouble with this realization is that he feels only a little remorse at taking the future labors of Japanese artists.

When thinking about taking Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Matrix, Jurrasic Park, and so many Hollywood mega-franchises as his own, he felt repulsed and would rather challenge them with his own original creation if he ever has one.

It could be brought about by some latent Japanese alienation that he has. There is no denying that Japan has done some messed up stuff but what country hasn't?

It could be due to the pedestal that Other Joe has put the ostracized anime masterpieces that he wanted to bring them to the bigger stage.

This only made his unknown repulsion toward Japan a bit awkward due to his somewhat high appraisal of their mangas.

His challenge towards earning Hollywood franchises could also be a sign that he hates America and wants to step on its gigantic status quo with his own might.

He also has mixed feeling about using overseas masterpieces but it is only at a neutral level compared to the repulsion and dominating feeling he has towards Hollywood and his unabashed usage of anime works.

Whatever these complicated interactions could be, he would leave the deconstructing of its implications to those who cared.

For Alexander, he now knew how to label his film projects and their purposive direction.

Take mangas and animes as his own work without a care, complicated feelings ripping off on foreign movies, and a sense of fascination and competition towards Hollywood's efforts -Young Alex's rip-off direction.

In a sense, it could be attributed to how Cosmic Pictures is challenging the current filming industry status quo and making use of every foreign necessity to do so.

It could also be due to the fact that he wants to minimize altering the progress of the timeline to however small he could.

To do so, he must introduce future and foreign works that wouldn't disturb much of the movie screening timeline of North America.

The butterfly effect is inevitable but knowing the progress of Hollywood pop culture can give a soothing relief that the future is still within his grasp.

This feeling when ripping off movies might change in the future but at the very least, Alexander has established his future movie rip-off standards.

His mind set off to the murky yet clear future and his progress on his scripts has become a lot smoother than it had been.

The pace was still the same but the less misty pathway that he is trekking was a great boost from another perspective.

Alexander immersed himself in his papers and trusty Ms. Helena Davis was not far from him.

The babysitter had no clue about what was churning in the boy she was left in charge of babysitting. She was only thankful that she got to keep her most simple but high-paying job.

Helena was really down in the dumps when the whole Kid Psychic became shown to the public and the paparazzi were unashamed of camping at the previous Creed residence.

Thankfully, the little Creed still needed a placeholder as a babysitter despite not needing one and she was first on the list for the adult Creeds to go to.

They were now valuing trust instead of professionalism and she had a great raise in salary.

An added bonus to the current turn of events is that the boy she is babysitting is extremely outstanding.

She can't brag to the outside world that she is the babysitter to a little superstar due to confidentiality papers but she still has the superior feeling from knowing something that others don't.

The public was praising the boy for what he has outwardly shown them like his acting, singing, and composing talent.

Helena is the only few who knew about the other terrifying talents that the boy is growing every day. Drawing, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and the most terrifying business mindset and adult mentality.

She is also among a select few who has gotten a glimpse of the future movies that Cosmic Pictures would be showing.

"Hmph... if you people think that Kid Psychic is the best, then you'd be shocked at its 2nd, 3rd movies, the Robot guy, and so many more!!!" Helena had her excitement pump up and couldn't help herself but burst out loud.

Alexander had to look in her direction and babysitter Helena couldn't help but blush in shame.

Young Alex had a fangirl close by that does not know the rip-off status that her admired movies are in.
