They dealt with Emily Winter so quietly.
Melody Bailey first glanced at her wristwatch and then stood up, flicking her long, curled hair that had fallen on her chest to her back. She said to Hiram Bailey, "I have to return to Milcan Country. There's an eleven-hour flight ahead, and I'll be back in a month."
Hiram Bailey looked at Melody, "There's a family dinner tonight, and it looks like Aiden is back too. Why don't you leave after dinner?"
"Of course I want to stay, especially for the dinner,"
But Melody sighed helplessly, "I had to forcefully interrupt some matters in Milcan Country and rush back here. I have to go back immediately and fix the gaps I left behind. I'll be back in a month and have a fifteen-day vacation, so don't miss me too much."
At this point, Melody seemed a bit regretful, "It would've been great if Lola was here, so I could give her a big kiss and tell her not to miss me too much."
