"Lola Hussey."
Listen, he's calling her by her full name.
It shows how upset he is, and it's all because of what she just said.
Feeling embarrassed, she tried to explain her innocence: "Actually, my memory isn't bad enough to forget you. And, no matter what, I'll always treat you differently. We have a telepathic connection."
Ethan Ainsley just smiled, not sure whether to believe her or not.
He remained silent, as if her words were only meant to be heard.
How heartless could this girl be? Did she expect to give him a heads-up before losing her memory so that he could be prepared? She could forget their precious moments just by claiming memory loss and forget everything clean.
Thinking about it now, it still hurt his heart.
Lola Hussey scooped some soup with a spoon and brought it to his lips: "Drink this." She meant to coax him.
Ethan Ainsley opened his mouth, letting her spoonful of soup in.
"Once you drink my soup, you're mine," she said.
