His words broke up and all he could say were stuttering sounds. Hot tears streamed down his face, and he squeezed his eyelids shut in the hope his tears would stop. His choppy breathing and watery eyes remained for quite some time, and he kneeled there unmoving.

"She's gone," he said, his voice full of sadness and grief. His voice was soft, almost fragile, as if it and his heart would break any minute. Perhaps his heart was already broken. He'd been crying, so his voice cracked and caught in her throat. "You left me alone, Abigail. I feel so heartbroken right now. Help me ease this pain."

"I don't know how to be okay again. I don't think I'd be fine again. Without you, I don't any purpose at all."

Noah still does not accept what happened to his wife, Abigail. He couldn't believe she was gone. He's only in his room and doesn't come out so Miranda and Charlotte are even more worried about him. He also does not receive visitors.
