Chapter 4 KaioKen

"Ha" after forty days and forty nights of trying to catch the monkey goku was finally able to complete his goal as he holds the monkey in his two hands.

"I did it. I finally caught it," goku yelled out in joy.

"Magnificent." King kai complimented him.

"Impossible it took me like 1 whole year just to catch the damn monkey," Kai said in disbelief.

"You are still the greatest warrior that I have ever trained. It's just that the man that we are seeing in front of our eyes is someone that is destined for greatness." King kai said.

Kai didn't like that but he didn't say anything out of respect for king kai.

"I am going to need your help with his next training." King kai said.

"Yes?" Kai answered.

"I think you are the one that is suited for teaching him the legendary kaioken." King kai said.

"Kaioken? Do you really want to teach him that?" Kai said.

"Fine. I will teach him Kaioken but only the basic Two times multiplier." He replied.

"Teach me what?" goku asked.

"I will be your trainer," Kai replied.

"But I thought I am going to be taught by King kai," goku asked.

"Do you want to learn the technique that multiplied your power by 2 times or do you want to smash the cricket with a ten-ton hammer?" Kai asked.

"I am fine with the former," Goku replied.

"Then resume your battle pose. This is going to hurt" Kai said as he power up with Kaioken times two.

"His power level multiplied." goku said as he felt the tension in the air from the sheer amount of pressure that he got from Kai.

"King kai would you also make me some weighted clothing. Just to make it even" Kai requested.

"Fine." king kai obliged with his wishes as he created clothing that resembles Goku's gi except for the turtle kanji which was replaced by the kanji for Tiger.

"Now let's begin," Kai said as he disappeared from Goku's sight.

"What the?" goku was not new to fast movement but he didn't really expect something like that in a place where it is even hard to maintain flight.

"You are not paying enough attention," Kai said as he appeared behind Goku to kick him in the back.

"There" goku saw the attack before it comes to him but he wasn't able to react as the kick landed launching him away.

He is fast. Even in this kind of place.

Goku thought as he try to observe Kai's movements.

"To master the Kaioken one must be able to take on the strain that it puts your body through." kai said as he disappeared in front of goku again.

"There, " goku said as he attacked the place where he saw kai but the speed output of kaioken is too fast for goku to catch on as he was greeted by a swift kick to the face.

"strong endurance and high stamina are required." he continued as goku falls to the ground.

"Two hits. Not bad for your first time." kai said as he retracted his kick.

"You were too rough on him." king kai said.

"What is the big deal? He doesn't have much time and you can just use your rewind time ability on his body." Kai said.

"And what if it doesn't work." king kai asked.

"I can just get that fruit from hell," Kai replied.

Then the training continue as goku went up against Kai who didn't go easy on him for the remaining time that he had left in another world.

In his training Kai didn't use any other ability apart from two times kaioken and goku who was set on learning the technique didn't use any of his either.

Goku being a talented person was able to learn Kaioken and even got a little spare time to learn the spirit bomb. And then the day that goku left the other world and king kai's planet finally arrived.
