Two days are already past, when she found herself in this strange place. Sakura glanced of her right hand with full of bandage, she remember she try to use her chakra to break the wall but it didn't work and that the reason she almost lost her hand. But Sakura couldn't quite imagine how she got out of that dark alley and who found her.Well is doesn't matter anyway.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself in the same room when she first come to that world.

'' Miss Sakura, please eat, even you don't have appetite, you need to eat, you won't get better if you continue to be stubborn and don't even eat.'' the old maid said.

She ignored the old woman who seat beside her bed with holding a bowl of porridge and she just kept looking out the window.

Deepening eyes, and mild swelling eye bags , are proof that she didn't sleep well for the past two days but she doesn't care!

She had lost all hope of escaping from those place, she even wished to end her life! If she die, maybe she can return to her original home. The village of konoha! So even she starve to death she won't eat anything.

Her chakra, it has completely disappeared. And no matter how hard she tried to use those big brain of her, she couldn't think the reason, why she suck up of this world when she already at the edge of her death.

If this world is like the alternative world that Naruto and her trapped before, why on earth she can't use her chakra? And that time, a soon they defeated Tobi they break free of the Limited Tsukuyomi and return to their original world.

But this world is different from the world that limited tsukuyomi created. And because she can't use chakra she can't sense Madara if it's really here.

Sakura sigh.

'' Miss ... '' the old woman called her attention again, but like earlier she didn't even bother to look and just continue her thought.

It lingered in the room for a while before the old woman finally give up and leave the room.

Sakura who left alone, keeps staring at the door.

she notice that the old man that looks like her father never visit her ever since they locked her up.

Even she really hasn't her real daughter in this world, why that man never visit her?

She look her right hand that handcuffed on the board of the bed.

''Is this how, they treat a patient here?'' her eyebrow narrow.

''-well they don't want me to escape again, so it's natural but..if I look like his daughter in this world why does he need to be handcuffed his own daughter and beside why I am not healed in the hospital?''

Her father in this world is really weird, Sakura closed her eyes, her head is starting to hurt for thinking so much.

She didn't bother to open her eyes even she hear that some one is knocking, she think it might be the old lady again or perhaps that old man that look like her father.

When she heard the sound of the door, seems like the one who knocking already open the door. She frown. Because she can't no longer sense chakra or use chakra, and if some one attack her she can't depend herself, but for her if that's happened, it's better.

If she die much earlier much better.

''Wow! you really sick''

The familiar voice of a girl makes her eyes open.

''i-i-'' she can't believe what she saw on her naked eye.

''What? You forget even my name?'' the girl said while resting her both arms in her chest in x position. The familiar girl that standing in front of her with blue eyes and blonde hair.

''They said you injury your hand but i think you lost your mouth too..'' she said sarcastic.

''I-i-ino?''

''Oh, you remember my name..your not worst like every body here said but-'' the blonde girl continue talking but Sakura mind is a bit lost and didn't pay attention of what the girl talking about

Seeing her best friend and this world no doubt every one look a like might here too. There may also be Naruto, Kakashi and Sasuke in this world.

''Hey do you listen to what i said forehead?'' Ino said. Its so close to her now, she didn't even notice that they distance is to close to each other.

Sakura who wit is already back, grabbed the blonde girl hand and then pulled her more closer to her. '' Tell me! by chance, do you know a guy name Uchiha Sasuke in this world? How about Uzumaki Naruto?''

Tears welled up in her eyes and her lips trembled as she waited for an answer to her question. Her chubby cheek is gone and it has obviously lost to much weight, and those eye bags..the lively Sakura who always argue to her it's so different from the Sakura who lying in bed in front of her now.

Ino just shrugged her shoulders in front of her close friend and even she puzzled for the weird action of her friends she just answered her questions with a forced smile.

''Of course! I know them all and you will see them if you go back to school.''

''School?'' she puzzled . her grip loose, Ino's arms free and she immediately turn her back, continuing to walk towards the doorway.

'' Yes! school! if you go back to school i'm sure those boys, you will see them.So please Sakura, come back to your old self-''

"-Sakura..I'll wait for you to come back, so get hold your self forehead" she said softly before finally disappearing from her sight.

Sakura smirk, the Ino on this world is same as the Ino she know.

And this world..

'' Sasuke kun, Naruto and even sir Kakashi''

She was gripped tightly on the blanket. she couldn't help but to cry, even though she knew this world might not be real and just a illusion, knowing they a live here, is make her happy. She wanted to see her friends and the man she loved again at least in this world,

So she has decided! she will not allowed herself to die in this world.

If there was a place for her life to end, it was in the world with her friends, where they laid down their lives to be protected-

-and she would take her last breath next to those two important people in her life,

Sakura flinch, she grab her chest. she remember the nightmare scene before she suck it up to this world. The two lifeless body of Naruto and Sasuke.

''i-i will come back i promise'' she mourn. Deep in heart she scared but she need to stand alone. Even if there's no Naruto and Sasuke that always there to protect her, there's no Kakashi who give her advice and a parents who support her. In this world she's alone, she can only rely on to herself.

But before she can come back she needs to investigate this world with no one suspecting her and find a way to get back to her real world.

and there is only one solution.
