The Genius of the Family

"Whats this?, why are there so many lights all over the place" he said as he stared at the ceiling due to the lights floating all over.

Three different colors was seen at the ceiling and when he touched them one by one he felt something inside him. When he touched the red light a hot feeling he felt inside him, after that he touched all the red making him burn like fire.

When he touched the blue and light blue light which made him felt very cold. "What is this feeling" he said as he felt hot and cold inside him.

Lastly he touched the black light and unlike the other two, the black light was unusual. It made him feel empty like a glass. After gaining back his senses he felt that something will exploded inside him so he released a Mana that was stored inside him.

"Ugh! my insides are so hit and cold, I feel like I'm gonna die"

He released a huge amount of Mana and caused a huge bang to hear, the big bang that he caused made the surrounding completely destroyed, the bookshelf and the chair and the wooden floor was completely destroyed by him. After that he fell asleep and fell to the ground, he was lying to the floor sleeping comfortably.

Kristien who heared the noise Lucci made rushed to the place and she was shocked of what she saw, she recognized the scene, that she once experienced before.

"My son, is capable of being a 5 circle mage" she said as she gently walks towards Lucci, "I had also experienced this in the past".

"The only one who are capable of doing something like this are the one who's able to become more than a 2 circled mage."

*Circle is a class given to mage by the kingdom

She gently held her son in her arms and she lift him like a paper and she took him to his bed. " I didn't imagined that my son can be considered as a genius." She was shocked and she sit on the chair that was next to her son's bed.

She was sitting on the chair all day long, and she waited for her husband to arrived from a selling the monster he hunt.

Edward was a retired knight after attending a war between the kingdom and the rebels. He quit since he didn't want to die early as he had a beautiful wife waiting for him. After the war they lived in the forest that was close to the town.

By the time Edward arrived, he knocked to the door and she was alarmed, she immediately go to the living room and she opened the door. A deep hug she got after opening the door. "Ugh, I'm home honey," he said and he noticed her worried "Honey what's wrong?" he asked and she replied "Our son" she stated.

"What happened to our son" he said and he immediately walks towards Lucci's room, and he saw Lucci sleeping like an oil.

"He's sleeping, what's wrong with him?" she then replied with a look to their room.

He looked to their room and found the place was completely wrecked. He was shocked and his sword that he was carrying on his back and the money on his waist was Shaked.

"What happened?" he asked with a worried voice coming from his own mouth. She smiled and she looked worried at the same time. "Our son, he is capable of being a 2 circled mage or above, our son might be a genius, he awakened his Mana at a young age, I'm worried that he might be send to the capital where he might be sent to a bloody war like you used to go."

Edward hugged him tightly and he then said "It's okay, we will make him decide at the age of ten we will go to the capital of he wants to gain reputation and fame, we will stay here if he won't, he will dicide if he wants to learn or not, we may be comfortable in our current life but if he isn't we won't stop him, I'll do what makes him happy."

She smiled at him and she hugged him tightly, Lucci who was awake when his father arrived heared everything and he immediately ran towards his room.

"Ugh, my body aches right now, but I guess I'll try to gain my fame and reputation since that has been my dream ever since I was born and that won't change unless I achieve it. Battle and war might be bloody for a normal human but for me who wants to experience what I read from the novels."

After that day Lucci choosed to gain fame and both his family wasn't againts it, they both supported Lucci to his dream by helping him train every day without over working his body.

Lucci read books about magic and he eventually learned how to fully controlled his Mana and with the help of his father he learned about swords and his strength stamina and defense has greatly increased with the help of the training his father gave him. His mother who specializes magic trained him by expanding his Mana and magic power.

At the age of five Lucci has mastered all the training both his father and mother gave him. Both parents was happy as they knew that they had a genius son.

"Mother, Father what will be my next training?"

Both his parents were left speechless and after a minute they replied, "Son you're a genius, we had no lesson to give you" Lucci was happy when he heared their words.

"Hehe, so I'm a genius, My understanding is high that I can understand the basic easily."

Since both the parents had no lesson to teach him, his father remembered the people he once saved during the war.

Ragnar, also a retired Knight that has a higher rank than Edward, losing both his arms he had no choice but to retire, and he had been training the rookies in the capital.
