Just admit it

Aviana lay on the bed aimlessly staring at the ceiling. Sleep was miles and miles away from her. So many questions ran through her mind. Why did he seem so indifferent to her? He didn't even ask her about the contract? All he did was nod to her when she told him anything? The day before, he seemed okay. They even had a little chat. But why was he bahaving coldly towards her? These were the thoughts she had in her mind, of which she had no answers to. She was only brought back from her daze, when her phone beeped and the screen of her phone lighted up and a message popped up on the screen. She picked it up and read the message. It was from Aaron.

A wide grin appeared on her face as she read the message.

"Hey Avi, have you suddenly forgotten about me?" - Aaron

"Hahaha, I was actually thinking about you right now," - Aviana typed while she laughed.

"Really? I can tell that you're laughing right now! Did you just play a joke on me?" - Aaron
