As he looked deep into her eyes, he creased his eyes like a detective would, looking for answers by glaring at his suspect's eyes. "I thought, I heard Ethan's voice last night, in your room," he added, not tearing his eyes off her, just incase he missed her facial expression that would give her away. "And, this morning, when I walked into your room, I heard you mention Ethan's name," he continued to bombard questions at her.
"I did? But, I don't recall anything of sort?" she responded, while she creased her eyebrows, glaring at him. Obviously, it weren't true. Even if it were true, she wasn't going to give into him. She was going to play along with him. And, besides, it was high time she had a serious talk with him. It's obvious, he had been reading romance novels lately.
"Hayden, have you been reading romance novels?" she asked him while she glared at him. Hearing her question, Hayden subconsciously sat back on his chair.
