'Why Manoah, why?'

Matilda was so annoyed with Manoah for keeping something so great from her.

She had believed that Reese was taken to the laboratory test room but never would she have imagined that her daughter came back to life and was taken away by a demon.

She was still skeptical about the demon stuff but because of what Paul said, she believed him a little.

Why would a demon abduct her daughter?

And how can a demon just appear out of the blue?

Matilda frowned at the questions in her head. She was scared and confused.

She had heard of demons appearing to people but she had never encountered one.

The thought of seeing a demonic being made shivers run down Matilda's spine in fright.

She drove all the way to the church and once she got there, she parked her car and stepped out.

Workers were tidying the church and some people came to pray.

Matilda locked her car and went into the temple. She searched for sister Harriet with her eyes but found her nowhere.
