Chapter 52- In Need Of Closure

Four days later...

'It's for your own good Treasure'.

Those words kept ringing in her head and she became even more cold.

How could Lincoln just let a stranger take her. She became bitter and vowed to make whoever was taking her to suffer.

Why did he give up on her? Was he tired of her?

A tear fell from her left eye but she had a gloomy look.

After listening to him she had surprised him by giving him an unforeseen punch right in the face and she was glad she did that to him.

And he left after saying those last words;

'It's for your own good Treasure'.

How was any of it good? A total stranger she didn't know was taking her away. She didn't want to live under anyone, she wanted to be left alone.

She was furious and could already imagine a life with an unknown person. Her breathing came out laboured and with swift movements she tore her pillow to pieces and the white feather like foam burst out.
