Goosebumps raised throughout my body at the sight of my own hand. Claws replaced my nails and my normally clean hand was now covered in pure white fur. I frantically crawled around the hut to look for a mirror in spite of the vigorously flowing power making my steps heavy. Muddleheaded, I moved to the end of the room and found a large mirror before me. The view in the mirror was one that I could not believe.

He looked at my face for a few extra seconds before going back to concentrating on his coffee.


To avoid the awkward situation that was between us I could only think of one thing that would clear the thick air. "Um... do you want to um.. maybe watch something?" I suggested not quite sure if he would like the idea.


"Huh me? Yeah... Yeah, sure!" I thanked the heavens for letting his answer be positive because my mind would have not been able to think of anything else. Getting up from the sofa, I fetched some of the movies I had and handed them to him. He looked up confused and if it wasn't for how awkward it was between us, I would have pinched his cheeks because he looked absolutely adorable.
