Goosebumps raised throughout my body at the sight of my own hand. Claws replaced my nails and my normally clean hand was now covered in pure white fur. I frantically crawled around the hut to look for a mirror in spite of the vigorously flowing power making my steps heavy. Muddleheaded, I moved to the end of the room and found a large mirror before me. The view in the mirror was one that I could not believe.

Sitting in class, my mind kept wandering. I was not really in the mood to have lunch so I walked towards the music room and sat down on my usual seat that was by the window in the far end of the room.

I looked outside and could see the clear sky with the sun shining brightly. The light breeze and the birds chirping made it look like I was in some scene from a movie. It was extremely refreshing to look at. I should take a walk back home. I mentally noted and continued staring outside, unaware of the people around me.

"If you don't mind can I sit here too?" I looked up to see Melvin standing with a silly smile on his face. Grinning towards his direction, I patted the spot next to me for him to sit.

"You seem stressed" Melvin voiced out his thoughts making me look at him. Melvin was someone I could never hide my emotions from. No matter how much I tried masking them up, he somehow had a way of getting through to me.
