Zadkiel contemplated Cassiel's words, his internal struggle evident in his expression. "It's not that simple. The responsibilities I bear—"

Before Zadkiel could finish his sentence, Cassiel gently interrupted, "You don't have to figure it all out now. Just know that we're here for you, no matter what you decide. And who knows, Favian might feel the same way."

Zadkiel looked at Cassiel, gratitude flickering in his eyes. At that moment, under the moon's soft glow, the weight on Zadkiel's shoulders seemed to ease a bit more, replaced by the warmth of friendship and the promise of understanding.
