130. An unplanned vacation

Livingsprings...

It was a bright morning. The sun was peeking from the east, casting golden fingers of its rays across the bright morning sky. The trees and other plants danced in the direction of the cool breeze, the morning dew still sitting on the leaves.

The atmosphere in the grand mansion was serene and tranquil, although some workers were already at their posts. The gardeners were in the garden checking and watering the flowers, the cleaners were wiping the glass windows and walls, the cooks were already cutting, mixing and stirring.

Rory rose up and headed for the bathroom. She and her mother would be going into the city for the first time. They were going to shop as well as have a feel of the beautiful sceneries. And she couldn't wait. She had been indoors for weeks and it felt like forever.
