Meanwhile, back in the battle at the port, Saber and Lancer continued their deadly dance. Every move, every strike, was an act of determination and courage. The sound of their weapons clashing was like a war symphony, a music that echoed through the night.
The battle was reaching its climax, with both warriors using their magical and physical abilities to the fullest. Invisible spectators like Kiritsugu and Maya watched attentively, calculating their own moves.
That's when Iskander appeared!
"We are all gathering here today! But before that, I would like to know if you will follow me, Iskandar the King of Conquerors," said the conqueror, trying to bring the Servants to his side. But to his disappointment.
"Although it's very gratifying of you, 'King of Conquerors,' I am also a king, and I'm not very favorable to bowing to anyone," said the King of Knights, who was fighting the Fianna Knight.
"It's like she's saying! I can't fulfill my wish by following you and abandoning my will," said the Fianna Knight, wanting to erase the stain on his honor.
On the dock level, there is a black-robed mage. From my point of view, it seems like he's preparing to attack Saber and her master. He must be Lancer's master," explained Kirei Kotomine calmly.
Suddenly, a rifle shot echoed in the air. A high-precision projectile cut through the space, hitting the black-robed mage on the dock. Just before it hit, a liquid moved and prevented it.
Kiritsugu, hidden in his position, reloaded his rifle and whispered to himself, 'He hasn't been eliminated yet.'
Kiritsugu's intervention changed the course of the battle. Saber and Lancer were momentarily surprised by the sudden turn of events. They exchanged glances, realizing that a third player had entered the fight.
But before they could react, a voice echoed in the port, a voice that made everyone present freeze. The voice belonged to Caster.
"Ah, how interesting! It seems we have a party here. Isn't it wonderful?" said Caster, his voice filled with malice.
All eyes turned in the direction of the voice, and there, on top of a stack of containers, was Caster, accompanied by a hooded figure holding a dagger.
Saber, Lancer, and even Kiritsugu and Maya were surprised by the sudden appearance of Caster and his company. They knew that the Holy Grail War was unpredictable, but this twist was unexpected.
"Who are you, and what do you want?" Saber shouted, her sword ready for action.
Caster laughed, his laughter echoing in the port. "Ah, my dear Saber, do you not remember me? I am Caster, and I will reclaim my dear and beloved Jeanne."
Saber was shocked by the revelation. She remembered her previous battle with Caster when he had tried to capture her and make her his bride. Now he was back with a new threat. [Was he confusing her once again with this Jeanne?] Artoria wondered in her mind.
"I am not your bride, Caster. And you will not capture me this time," Saber said with determination.
"But I think you will change your mind, my dear. You see, it's not you I'm after," said Caster, indicating the hooded figure by his side.
It was at this moment that Jeanne arrived. Chaos began to unfold. Rider wasted no time in asking her to join his side.
"And you, madam, would you not like to join me?" Iskandar inquired, being completely ignored.
"I am not here to participate in the Holy Grail War. I am a Servant Ruler. Somehow, I was summoned here, and I will investigate this Holy Grail War," said the Holy Maiden.
At the same time, Caster nearly had an orgasm at the sight of his 'BELOVED' Jeanne. (A/N: It's worth noting that Gilles de Rais had gone mad after becoming a Caster following Jeanne's death.)
Jeanne froze upon hearing the name pronounced by Caster. Her eyes widened in shock and apprehension.
"Caster... what do you want with me?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
"My dear Jeanne! We finally meet again!" Caster exclaimed dramatically, descending from the containers with open arms. "This time, I will keep you safe with me forever!"
Jeanne instinctively stepped back, raising her flag in a defensive position. "No, Caster! I won't join you!"
Caster stopped, an insane expression taking over his face. "But my beloved... we belong to each other!"
He made a move to advance, only to be interrupted by Saber.
"Stay away from her, Caster!" she ordered, wielding Excalibur in his direction.
Caster growled like a caged animal. "Don't interfere, Saber! Jeanne is mine and no one else's!"
"Tsk! A filthy mongrel wanting something that only I can have!" said the Golden King, who appeared on top of a post. "Fools who seek dreams beyond human achievement. I am the only one in this heaven and earth with the right to love her in her ruin. My resplendent and fluttering one, it is you who shall fall into my arms. That is my decision." The arrogant King stood above all.
Iskandar was pleased with this situation and wanted to ask if he would join him. ["Hey. Golden! Want to join my conquest! And follow me!"] said the King of Conquerors.
Gilgamesh, with a disdainful smile on his face, looked at Iskandar. "Every conquest eventually comes to an end! For a mongrel like you, you sure know how to bark." Gilgamesh spoke of his impending death. When Jeanne finally gathered the courage to speak, that's when Berserker appeared.
"ROOOOOOOOAARRRR" shouted the mad Servant.
But the one who didn't appreciate being interrupted was the Golden King, who quickly responded. "Disappear, you insolent fool." Gilgamesh opened the gate of Babylon behind him, launching three swords in Berserker's direction.
Whooooosh!*
Shoooosh!
Quickly, Lancelot (Berserker) dodged the first attack, catching the sword in the air and using it to deflect the other two.
"Tsk! How dare you, filthy worm! Defile my treasure!" Gilgamesh said when he saw that Lancelot was able to use his ability to become the owner of the weapon he wielded.
But before the fight continued and Gilgamesh opened all 100 portals with swords and polearms and much more for Berserker, Tohsaka asked his Servant to return. Little did he know it was the worst decision to go against his Servant. It led to his death.
["With this command seal, return, Archer!"] said Tohsaka Tokiomi.
"Tohsaka Tokiomi, who are you to ask for my return!" spoke the King of Heroes, very upset that he couldn't finish with Berserker.
"ROOOOOAAAR" roared the Knight of the Lake.
Dispersing into golden particles, Gilgamesh vowed to take revenge on his master sooner or later. Rider was upset because, ["no one listened to him or wanted to follow him. Apparently, the only one who would follow was the boy Walver Velvet,"] Rider thought. And so, this tense situation began to dissipate, leaving only Lancer, Saber, and Berserker eager to continue the fight.
