Preparations

Wolfhard it's now 12 years, Ethan had arranged for a new etiquette class on balls and events, they are getting ready to reveal him as a new prince.

But Wolfhard won't be as passive as he was when he first got here after two years of looking he found what he thought was the special royal power, it is a small little golden orb dimly glowing near his heart, he glanced over it multiple time as it so weak he couldn't feel it at all.

"I know in the original story it was said that the 3rd prince's power is so weak even the king was suspicious of the power inside of the prince, is it really the royal power known to shine as bright as a star (the king thought written in the lore)".

Talking to himself 

"No Wolfhard this is good, you couldn't find it until now after searching for two years so what can the king find in a day".

Wolfhard guessed that he hadn't been checked by the Marquis personally because there is no tool to check with, most likely The king or another member of the royal family would personally check, which is good cause you can trick a human.

"Whoever is in charge of the test would probably subconsciously use the other two princes as a comparison and with those broken characters as the standard they shouldn't link my power as the royal power if suppress it". 

Wolfhard went back to mediation testing ways to make its already low presence even lower. 

"Ethan I'm now 12 and I want to know the truth, am I the son of a baron, no matter how much I think about it the situation at the village was so bad so how can my mother be the wife of a baron"

'Young lord the marquis wouldn't make a mistake, your situation was awful cause your mother was in hiding from your uncles and aunts'

"But Ethan if that was really true Mother should have gone back to her own family or the marquis, not that village unless she was hiding something else"

'Young lord just say what you are truly thinking, I'm no noble you don't need to use noble etiquette with me' 

"What if I'm not the son of the baron but a son of an affair only that reason can I understand why mother hid from enemy and supporters alike"

'Young lord the marquis investigate your mother before we pick you up, don't doubt your origins, you are the heir to the barony of Gilhil'

"I know I shouldn't doubt my mother but I know you are planning you reveal me to the vassal soon with the class on noble events and is making me nervous, isn't there a test so I can put to rest these doubts"

Mm Ethan contemplates Wolfhard's request 

'Young lord, you are right we are planning to reveal you soon if you are that nervous I can forward your request to the lord for him to decide, hopefully, we can put your doubt to rest'

After that, Ethan left for the lord's study

"It seems Ethan also has doubts about my true identity with his support, the Marquis should be convinced of testing me privately beforehand, and with that, I only need to worry about the Marquis trying to get rid of me, not the whole of the southwest faction".
