The hp and mana of individuals get higher the stronger they get. James has the same Hit Points as a boss-level monster of the same level since they are both of the same tiers in the constitution but beings of the dragon, phoenix, or other highly evolved races have the same constitution as world-level bosses, James happens to not have reached that level as of yet.

The goblins were moving at an incredible pace just as the previous elite goblin James miraculously defeated but this time he was able to catch their movements even without his soul eyes.
Screech!! The goblins screamed in hoarse and ear-pitching voices as they all swung their axes at James.
He removed his blindfold and held the hilt of Asterix as he breathed out ''Huuu, Soul Domain: Unlimited Domination Sword Skill First Form: Asterix Soul Draw.''
The sword slashes projected toward the goblins from the blade of Asterix with a white murky glow as it impacted the goblins and reaped more than 75% of their hit points.

''Oh shit I thought this will be enough to finish all of them but now I have made things worse since they will all be entering their enraged state together. That move also took about half of my Stamina and my fatigue has increased incredibly because I am using my soul strength to power the skill instead of mana." James cursed as the goblins prepared to use their enraged state skills.
To James' surprise, the goblins formed an arc as they churned their mana to prepare an earth elemental skill; Earth Lance. The most dangerous thing about dangerous-level dungeons was not the special defense of its monsters or the high hp the monsters had, what made them dangerous was their unpredictability. No matter the preparations made by a gamer a dangerous-level dungeon will always pull out a dangerous surprise for any individual.
Horde Skill: Earth Lance
An earthen glow suffused the air as earth elemental mama particles coagulated together to form a 3-meter-long earthen lance rotating with a high oscillation as it shot out intending to only take James' life and drive right through him.
''Huuu right now I can't miraculously pull out any fancy skill since I need to master them before the system can recognize it. Well...."
James wore his blindfold as he'd sheathed Asterix once again.
As the earth Lance drew closer to James, he prepared to dodge since he could not slash through the combined attack of 10 elite-level goblins. As the lance got within the 5 meters range of James, he trained his soul eyes on the attack as he dodged with his newfound agility.
'This what I somewhat prepared for to evade before using the Asterix Soul Draw but since I didn't use it then, I can use it now to evade till the cooldown of the skill is reset.'James thought as he continuously evaded the attacks of the enraged goblins, axe slashes, and earth projectiles kept flying past him with the only intent to end his life.
"Unlimited Domination Sword Skill First Form: Asterix Shadow Draw' James said under his breath as he drew Asterix from its sheath as he struck out as the shadow elemental slash went straight for the goblins.
