''Haaaa now that my accommodation is settled, all we need to do is move. I think the best thing to do is to gain admission into the North Institute and take care of Lisa's school details and transfer before we move in permanently. I guess I need to go to that place....." James said as he headed to The Academic Directorate to sort out their educational situation.

"Good Morning, Mr. How may I help you?" The receptionist asked James as he walked right through the door of the Academic Directorate.

"My name is James Mills and I'll like to go through the late educational registration procedure. I had a bit of a financial problem, but it is now sorted out." James explained his purpose for coming to the Directorate.

"May I ask about the quality of your grades and which college will you like to apply to?" The receptionist asked James with a professional tone.

"My grades are of the highest quality. This is my transcript and I'll like to go through the in-college course registration."

In-college registration is a system in which the applicant had the choice to study a program after having a specific period to go through their options after attending several lessons of different courses. This program was only offered to applicants with the highest possible academic excellence attained. This might come as a shock, but such individuals are not respected since they are considered unreliable and aimless people. James was going through all these because of Tabitha. He needed to make sure he got the right program that will allow maximum contact hours with her. With James' grade, this program was a guarantee for him.

" Alright, Mr. James the application has been processed and the fees must be paid at the Northern Bank to the account number."

"I'll like to also transfer the grades of my little sister to the Ice North High School. Is that a possibility?"

"Of course, with good grades and the right amount of financial aid, anything is possible." The receptionist said with a smile.

"Okay, then where will I sign to finalize everything?"

"You can sign here Sir. The deal has been finalized and your details have been inputted into our database."

" Okay thank you for your time" James said as he left the Academic Directorate.

'Haaa, Even for something as important as this, the receptionist was the one who solved it? I guess the Academic Directorate is a big deal. The more contact I have with people of this world the more I realize it won't be an easy task becoming the strongest force' James sighed as he headed back home.

About 45 minutes later.

"Hey Lisa, I am back. Let's start preparing to move out." James called out to Lisa as he arrived.

'That fucking landlord can shove his rental apartment up his ass.' James thought as he cursed the Landlord of their previous house. The landlord was the true definition of a greedy, selfish, and wicked man. After the death of their parents when James paid the bills, for the first four years, he was lenient with the payment. But as time passed when they grew up he began to increase the rent unlawfully and add outrageous rates if James failed to deliver the money on time. The cause of all these was the lust of the bastard. Lisa, just like the other generation of girls developed quickly when they hit their teens. Lisa, just like her brother had exceptional facial features and a killer body to boot, this invoked lust in the landlord as he sometimes hinted at Lisa to spend the night with him to reduce their rental fees. James didn't have enough power and just decided to ignore the man and worked extra hard to cover all the "added expenses" of the rentals. But as of now, this James was a different person who had the power to fuck that bastard up.

"Landlord, we are moving out. Thank you for your hospitality." James said with a tone oozing sarcasm after they were done packing and ready to move to their new apartment.

"Haha brat, I knew you will finally break. Just let me have a taste..." The landlord was about to continue saying this when a stifling pressure descended on him. He looked up only to see those pair of bright green eyes staring right at him waiting for him to slip up and say what he planned to do earlier on. Lisa as usual didn't pay attention to anything apart from her handsome brother whose broad back was facing her. She knew with her brother here she would be safe.

"Let's go." James said in a soft voice as they entered the public transport towards their new location. Meanwhile, the landlord stood there shivering as he touched his pale skin when he remembered those green eyes that stared at him just now. He knew he was close to his death but couldn't understand why such a young boy gave him such a feeling.

About thirty minutes later, James and Lisa finally arrived at their new house.

"Wow!!! Big brother, is this our house? It is so big and furnished. We even have a gym and mini movie theatre. Big brother is so cool. Lisa will forever be by your side." Lisa said with a cute smile as she snuggled into James' arms.

"Hahaha....I'll always be with you, Lisa. This will be our new home for a while. I have also sorted out all our school issues. I'll be back at school tomorrow. The house will be under your control since you are on your vacation."James said to Lisa as he patted her head lovingly.

With the difference in the academic calendar of high school and college students, as James resumes academic work, Lisa will be back for her vacation.

"Okay, big brother. What is for dinner?".

"I prepared something earlier before picking you up. Just use the microwave to heat up and eat. Goodnight, I'll see you tomorrow." James said as he pecked Lisa on the forehead before climbing up to his room.

Back in James' room.

"System can I create the final treasure from the creation legacy?" James asked the system as he arrived in his bedroom.
