'Oh shit!!! Another S Class quest. But this is not the one I was expecting. Is this a good thing or will it harm me? What the fuck is the Infinity Cross Tower?' James thought whiles he weighed his options.
James was very lucky that by some means this poor-looking woman who could give an S-class quest could not read his mind.
If she was able to read his mind it will be a doubt whether he would even receive the quest he initially planned to receive.
" Miss, can I please know your name? " James asked for the identity of the woman.
" You do not need to know that as of yet. If you can receive and fulfill my request, you might get the opportunity to know more." The old hag said in a hoarse tone.
" Can I please have the coordinates and information about the Infinity Cross Tower?" James asked politely in hopes of getting into the good graces of the old woman.
"Of course. " The old woman handed a scroll and a strange-looking pearl giving off weird vibes to James.
'' The information needed about the Tower can be found here. This strange pearl is a Cardinal Spatial Tool. It is a one-use item that can send you between two marked locations at a particular set of times. I wouldn't have given these items had you not asked, you are a very quick-witted young lad." The old woman said to James as she stared at him hoping to see his reaction.
" Thank you for your benevolence, Miss" James said politely on the surface as he received the two items.
' Hmph. You better wipe off that smile on your face, old bitch. When I get stronger, I'll come back to return the favor.' James had this thought as put on a smiling facade.

'Shit!!! It seems even Bella's Future Sight spell does not cover everything in the world. First was the presence of the world boss which I was unaware of and now an entirely different quest plot from the original one in the system's archives'
James thought as he realized that further complications might crop up from the variables of the current future taking a different course after the interference of various factors.
'A bronze grade equipment will come a long way to help me. I think the best solution to this equipment issue is to get another evolvable one like Asterix. But having the chance to get something of that value once again will be near impossible. I guess Lucius did help me solve my Attack Weapon situation. I can't wait to get to level 25 to receive Nathan's Time Legacy Treasure. I am sure it help me in the long run.'
James thought as he remembered the sacrifices of these two guys and how they helped in the limited time they met.
'I doubt I can clear that Tower easily without using all my trump cards. The 15 days cooldown time on my soul amplification skill has passed and I can use my skill again.' James thought.
'Now that I think about it, I have spent three days in the real world which implies fifteen days have passed due to the 1:3 time ratio. I am now beginning to understand why it took so long for other players to level up. I am sure the main crux of the issue is the unavailability of skills. This will be the main reason for the slow level up.' James thought as he entered a shop with the items and equipment he needed.
'I guess I need to call him. Completing the trial alone at the risk of using my most important skills will affect the fight with the world boss.'
"Good day, Immortal Adventurer. How may I be of service to you on this fine day." The merchant NPC said to James politely.
" I will like to purchase a bronze-level armor, health potions, and mana potions. Can I please know the pricing of such items?"
" Of course. The price of the Bronze grade armor is one silver coin and we have the mana and health potions priced at sixteen bronze coins per one potion." The merchant said to James in anticipation of the sale.
"How much will these pieces of equipment sell?" James said as he removed the eight bronze tier axes he received from the Goblins Hold Dungeon.
"This mid-grade quality bronze grade axes. I think one of these could be priced at two silver coins. The price of all these eight pieces will be around sixteen silver coins." The trader said as his eyes shone.
"Alright. I will sell all this to you at the price of 20 silver coins, no price reduction is accepted. I know if you decide to sell this in your shop you will make a profit of about ten to fifteen silver coins. If we don't have a deal I'll take it somewhere else." James said as he pretended to leave.
