Chapter 22

Continued from the previous part.....

As Vicz riding her bike I am observing the route plus enjoying cool air falling on my face, though I am a bit scared of two wheeler, because falling down is easy from it. However, excitement level is so much high that it minimizing the fear a bit. Vicz and me hold up an eye contact for some seconds, she hint me to come a bit forward to because she want to say something.

Vicz: Be ready we are about to reach.

Siya: Sure

She took a sharp turn, I got scared and hold her shoulder in fear. In reply she look me with mischievous eyes, I am sure she must be smirking too, seeing me getting scared and I just rolled my eyes.

That turn lead us too a bit congested area, she stops her bike in front of a 2bhk house which has three floors. It looks simply beautiful, Vicz park the bike and we got down down from the bike. Vicz walk toward the house door, I start following her. As we reach in front of the door, she hit the button and bell ranged. After few seconds a small baby girl opened the door, soon a slim, beautiful lady comes after her. However, as soon as baby girls looked at me, she hug Vicz's leg may be getting scared a bit seeing a stranger and to this I kneeled down, to her eye level so, that I could initiate to conversation with her.

Siya: (forwarding my head towards her, for handshake) Hey I am Siya

Baby Girl stay mute

Vicz: (kneeled down too, start speaking in the baby language to the baby girl) Lia baby, you love Vi right.

Lia: (nodded in yes) y..yeas Vi

Vicz: Goodie baby. Say Hey to my sister like friend, she also brings chocolate for you and she will also play with you like me.

(Though here is the thing, I never brought a chocolate for her and the other thing is the way she described me sister like friend, I feel love and care but I won't be expressing her to this because I don't know what she would be thinking of me).

Lia: (sweetly, with puppy eyes) Hey Si

Siya: (I forwarded the my hand towards her, for handshake) She smiled at me but hold my forefinger only with her hole hand. I smiled at her too in return.

She left the hold of my finger, looked at Vicz battling her eyes may be asking for something. Vicz looked at me and then take a step near to me, when Lia is not looking at us, Vicz smartly took out a chocolate from her bag and handed it to me. I once again kneeled down..

Siya: Hey Lia princess, Here is your chocolate. (I handed chocolate over to her, she smiled and take it)

Lia: (she screamed with excitement and cheerful) Thankie

She grinned in excitement, hug Vicz leg again and this make me and Vicz both chuckle. And to be honest I adore their bond. However Soon this scene get over as Lia ran back in the house, Vicz also move a bit inside the house and I followed her inside too that lady looked at me from top to down making me feel nervous.

Vicz: Aunt, this is Siya my friend plus classmate too. And Siya this is Lia's mother and my Aunt.

Siya: Hello Anuty, how are you?

Anut: Hello dear, I am good and what about you? And I must say you have a beautiful, do you sing?

Siya: I am good too and yeah I sing some time. Though I am not that good at all

Vicz: Ohh please, Aunt she is just being too much modest as I know she can sing too good.

Aunt: (teasingly) Thank god some one can sing better than Vicz because this girl sounds like a torn drum while singing. I would love to listen to you sing one day Siya.

Siya: (with little chuckled) why to wait then I am here today till evening, me and Vicz both can entertain for sure.

Aunt: Sure dear. Go upstairs, meet others and get yourself settled, let me fed Lia then we will see you both.

I nodded my head in affirmation. With this we both moved upstairs and at the top I can hear various loud noises coming from a side by room and from the sound I assuming they are discussing about some movie. Though my thought process broke by Vicz, as she has stooped in her steps looking at me with a embarrassed look and smiling sheepish to this I look at her confusingly, she whispered to me

Vicz: Welcome to my mad house, here you would love to get tease and you would be treated as one of the family member. Let me know when it going to be much, I am here for your escape.

Siya: (nervous, hesitant but confident enough) Huhh nice attempt to make me scare, I am ready bring it on.

Vicz: (laughed out loud) sure sister.

After this we both laughed together, catching the eyes of people in that room. They looked us, though all of their eyes filled with curiosity looking at me only. Vicz start going into the room, I followed her simply. As we reach in the room, she initiated the conversation and which is moreover directed to her mother firmly.

Vicz: Hey mom, I told you about the most kind hearted, innocent, sincere friend of mine right? So, here she is Siya. She is down to earth, soft spoken, speak a bit less but she has awesome voice and probably she sings too.

Before she could speak anymore, her mother (may be) interrupted

Vicz's mother (Vi's M): (teasingly) Ohh come on how much more will you speak girl, now go and bring water for Siya. And we will talk to her ourselves, we don't need you to know her.

Vicz: (stomped her foot on the floor, frustrated) Huhh fine. I am going.

Seeing this a slight chuckle left from my side, and everybody looks at me especially her mom smiled at me.

Vi's M: Ignore her dear, she is a bit jealous and cranky type. We usually tease her like this, though she can be sweet heart sometimes.

Siya: (with wide eyes, shocked) What? I..I never you knew this. (I heard Vicz clearing her throat with a bottle in her hand and glaring at her mother)

Vi's M: (laughed out loud) I was just joking. You face looking like you have seen a ghost, relax your self and drink some water.

After this Vicz throw bottle at me, earning a glaring a look from her mother stating to behave properly. However, her mother and aunt both started telling me one by one about Vicz childhood, I just learned she is actually quite jealous and cranky one but sweet heart type and she knows the importance of family and love her family a lot. After like two hours of talking when its finally the time of lunch, her mom told me the menu which is "noodle, garlic bread and choco lava cake." And listening to this my eyes twinkle with shine because its one of my favorite combination.

As food bring to that room only, everybody start sitting on the floor. I looked at them with wide eyes and confused expressions because I am curious to know what is happening, Vicz looked at me with understanding eyes and pat at the empty space near her. I sit down, food served but I don't start eating it and at this Vi's mom look at me and initiated the conversation.

Vi's M: What happen? Why are you not eating it? Does Vicz spoke something wrong to you?

Vicz: (frustrated): Mom I....

Siya: (I cut her off in the middle, shyly) You sitting together eating the food, talking, teasing and having fun together. Why?

Vi's M: Dear family eats together, stays together and they too can have fun together. This is what family mean. But why are you asking this question?

Siya: I am sorry if my question offended you, because I have never got to see such environment in my family. I live in a family where I have seen people eating food in their own personal space and time and fighting with each other on the silly topics. The house is full of taunting, humiliation, insulting and mostly my stored memory has negative ones so, seeing this surprised me.

Vi's M: No need to be sorry dear, I can understand but I would love to teach you and make you understand the importance of family and meaning of it, if you give me a chance.

Siya: (smiling) Sure thank you.

Vi's M: Okay but not today. Lets finish our food. Then you would be leaving from here soon and reaching your house before evening. And I know we would be meeting soon again.

With we start eating the food again with a lots of teasing and talking. After an hour may be we finish eating food. Like her mom said I booked my cab, took my leave from there house and while I am riding towards my house I just realize that how happy I am from inside. I just want to reach home as soon as possible and write all these things in my diary, after an hour probably cab stopped in front of my house and after paying the money.

I entered in the house which is eerily quite, though it fill a little bit curiosity in me but my mood seems quite good today so, I choose to ignore it. I directly goes to my room and then start getting fresh after this I opened the diary write about today, after that I start doing some assignment work while listening to songs. Later after some hour I ate dinner and called it a night.
