Love, pain, and BOOM

The day went incredibly slow for Maceo that day, his heart constantly beating. He's never felt this way before. And only wondered what he could be feeling.

When his shift had finally been over he checked his phone and it had one notification that said, Sarah.

it simply read

"I can't wait to see you on Friday :)"

Maceo had hardly even used his phone for messaging people. In his contacts, it read two names "boss" and "Sarah"

And finally, Friday had come.

He had put on his best clothes, he even bought a new cologne. And For the first time in his life, he had even thought about buying condoms.

But decided it was too early and it was only a date

"Come on Maceo, first impressions are everything. Don't be weird, try not to stutter and enjoy yourself"

He constantly reassured himself in the mirror while doing his hair.

"LOOKING GOOD MACEO," he said while building some confidence in himself.

He then was off to his first date.

When he had picked her up, he decided to take her to see a movie before dinner. It was called "the love of my life" a cringe tear-jerker movie.

Maceo thought nothing of it, but Sarah was simply in tears. Truth be told she was ugly crying, but Maceo thought it was the most beautiful sight he had ever witnessed.

And then they made eye contact and forgot about the movie. They had simply stared at each other admiring each other's features, for what felt like 30 minutes.

Heart beating faster and faster, And then maceo grabbed her hand.

And just looked towards the movie.

Sarah did the same, nobody talked for the remainder of the movie.

Wanting time to come to an end

Finally, the movie was over and they went to dinner.

It was still silent as they drove and held hands, but finally, Maceo broke the ice.

"So how did you like the movie Sarah," he said while brimming with confidence

"I loved it," she said while staring deeply into his eyes

Maceo didn't notice because he was focused on the road. he would hate himself forever if they got into an accident on the first date.

Finally, they arrived at their destination. It was a place called mise en Place restaurant.

"The food was simply extravagant, the most delicious and appetizing meal ever," said a review, and when Maceo had looked at the review's author. The name was WitLoveSarah.

Maceo bursted into a burst of crying laughter while teasing Sarah

Her cheeks were now a rosy pink. And her face was incredibly flushed.

"Whatever, stupid let's just go inside and eat already"

She acted like she was upset but was secretly enjoying the moment.

They then found a table and a waiter quickly found them after 10 minutes of waiting.

"Bonjour, what would the fine couple like to eat?"

"We uh are not a co-" Maceo had gotten interrupted by Sarah.

"Hmm, We would like the same meal please, the couple's steak and whine."

"Of course, of course, madam. I will be out with your order as soon as possible." He said

"So boyfriend are you happy with the order," she said while pinching his cheeks and giggling.

"Stop teasing me already weirdo" he acted confident, but secretly his heart just couldn't take it.

And then their food came it was honestly the best food he had ever tasted before. While they ate, they laughed, teased one another, and complimented each other. Held hands.

And then they left together. When he dropped her off at her house.

She kissed him on the cheek.

And said "thank you for the lovely day"

And hurried her way to her front door.

He simply sat there astonished for 15 minutes just thinking about the day and then had finally driven home.

About 4 months later after every week of having dates or spending time watching movies at each other's houses. They had finally started dating and it was the happiest moment of Maceo's life.

1 year more year into dating and he had completely forgotten about his pain and childhood, and how tragic his life use to be. Another year they had gotten engaged.

Maceo had also finally lost his virginity.

6 months after their engagement maceo was now married.

2 months later they found out Sarah is pregnant.

Than maceo remembered his father and mother.

A mother who was his everything and he prays she is proud of him, and his father who was a piece of shit. And had many scars.

Maceo is frightened as he hopes he Doesn't become someone like his dad.

A terrible excuse for a man, who abused and hurts other for his pleasure. A True sociopath

But then his life takes a full 180 again.

3 months into the pregnancy, she had lost the baby.

It was a simple miscarriage and she blamed herself.

Sarah then went into an almost depressive catatonic state for 2 months.

Back to her regular self, she wanted to try again, this time she will take care of her body more. And had the passion to be a great mother.

She had gotten pregnant again.

The couple was very happy, until…

Maceo and Sarah were at the bank cashing in their checks together

Suddenly a loud BOOM happens, it was the door being slammed open and all was heard was

2 robbers have slammed open the door.

"PUT THE MONEY IN THE FUCKING BAG AND GET DOWN ON THE GROUND," said a man with a shotgun ordering everyone around.

Sarah crouching holding her stomach, trying to get down.

"HURRY YOUR FAT ASS UP" he demanded Sarah.

BOOM

and the sound of the shotgun's

Could be heard, he had shot near Sarah. Ordering her to be faster.

"GRAB THE BAG HURRY HURRY," the other masked man said.

as he opened the door he had instantly been shot by the police

and then laid a cold dead husk-less body with a gunshot in his head

Rookie police not following protocol had been nearby and had shot him

Now the police had been dropped to the floor. By the shotgun robber.

And somehow someone took hold of the last remaining masked man near Sarah, but he had only taken ahold of his mask trying to put him in a chokehold.

He then ripped his mask off.

And the bank saw his face.

He had a deep scar along with his left eye and had baldness and a receding hairline. With brown hair.

BOOM

CHIC CHIC

He had shot the man who tried to put him in the chokehold, but in the process, he had also shot Sarah in the stomach.

"I- I love you maceo." She whispered as she died in his arms.

"SARAH, NO WHY. WHY COULDN'T IT BE ME"

He now screaming and sobbing.

Now he looked into the man's eyes. And said.

"I will kill you with my bare hands."

While gritting his teeth shaking with pure hatred for the man who had killed his wife and unborn child.

Then the masked man took the money. And ran off to his car.

4 months later, the robber still was not caught. But maceo took a leave from work. Throughout this time. Just to find him. And kill him.

3 months again and he had found him. He had finally found the man who murdered his wife.

He had lived only 20 minutes away.

And his name was chase browning

Damien had bought a gun, a very rusty knife, needles

A hammer, pepper spray, and a stun gun.

It is time Sarah, I will avenge you and my child.

20 minutes later he arrived,but for Maceo, it felt like a quick drive,

KNOCK KNOCK, Maceo had knocked at his door while holding the pepper spray.

"I'M COMING, CALM THE FUCK DOWN ALREADY"

30 seconds later he had opened the door

"yeah yeah what is it"

TSSSS

Damien had sprayed his pepper spray.

"AUUUUGHHHH WHAT THE FUCK OW" He screamed in pain

ZZZPPTTTTT CRACKLE CRACKLE

maceo had now tazed him in the brain with 50 volts of electricity.

His body had instantly slumped and hit the hard cold floor of his house.

He then dragged chase into his house and strapped him into a chair in the living room.

30 minutes later he had woken up from maceo splashing water on him

"HEY YOU PIECE OF SHIT WAKE UP" maceo screamed at him

"Where the fuck am I," he said as he was looking around, realizing he was in his house

maceo socked him in the jaw with every strength and muscle fiber he could muster.

Chase pissed himself

"WHAT THE FUCK DID I DO TO YOU" he screamed.

Maceo didn't answer.

He then punched him in the solar plexus, causing chase to be out of breath.

Maceo then turned on the light and said

"Do you remember me?"

"No I don't, you piece of shit," Chase said

"Huh, a pity because I didn't want to use this."

He brought out a huge duffel bag filled with tools, but he decided to use the hammer.

He then slammed the hammer down onto chases hand.

BOOM

his knuckles now a powder of bones.

"AHHHHHHH WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY" he screamed

Maceo then brought out a picture of his wife

"DO YOU REMEMBER HER"

Chase had barely remembered her because of her sobbing husband

"Yes that's the fat bitch I killed at the bank" he had said

"Ah I see, I see" maceo then took off his mask, and said "SHE WAS PREGNANT YOU FUCKING RETARD"

ZZZZPPTTTT

CRACKLE CRACKLE

Maceo then stunned him directly in his liver.

Foam now oozing out chase's mouth.

"I- am so sorry" he tried to utter

"It's time for you to die" he said with disgust

Then maceo shot chase directly in the liver, solar plexus. Lungs. And to end it. He brought out a shotgun. To blast his stomach, the same way chase did to his wife and kid

"HAHAHAHAHAHA" maceo laughed like a maniac. "I DID IT I FUCKING DID IT"

Maceo's mind was simply broken.

After all the pain and suffering he had gone through in his life. He had finally shattered.

He then put the shotgun to his mouth and said

"I love you Sarah"
