"Now I have to go check on the princess. She must be needing me. I just pray she's still with that her transparent gown. I won't hesitate to devour her if she allow me into her bed. I don't care if she's the princess.. I've long had an eye on her attractive body" Mete smiled. He thought to himself while going to the princess room..

He's going with erotic motive not knowing princess Jeannie wasn't there anymore..

He got the shock of his life when he discovered the princess was not where around the room or neither in the castle. He was the first to notice the absence of princess Jeannie in the castle...

"Am dreaming? She was here few moments ago. Where could she have gone to at this our of the night.?" Mete asked astonished.

It was midnight,, They we're all fast asleep when prince Liam woke..

His intention was to make the princess fog to sleep before they continue the journey home. So as not recognize the particular place they came from.

"Hey, Cally wake up. It's time to go home. " He said.

"My prince do you think we can make it home before day break? " Asked Cally.

"Yes, if we ride fast. Just get things ready. We move" He said and woke Bryan and the rest two..

"My prince how do we carry her? She's asleep " Bryan asked.

"Just carry her on the horse 🐎 and ride gently. I don't want an eye to see us, so we gat hurry with things. " He said.

"Ok" He responded without wasting much time and did as he was told.

He carried the half sleeping princess on the horse 🐎 and rode behind them gently..

They rode for about 3 hours before they reached Gyashe.. It was dawn already. One could barely see is palm print..

Gently they went into the beautiful ancient castle 🏰 of Gyashe and climbed down the horse. The princess was awake already..

"Cally, you take her inside. Bryan you take care of her. I will join briefly. " Liam oldered and left..

Cally lead them through the wall of the castle in absolute silence as they claimed staircase to the top floor of the castle which took about 30 minutes.

"Bryan, where are you guys taking me to? " She asked.

Bryan was shocked hearing his name.

"You know my name? " He asked surprised.

"Yes, who will not know you name when you're often called." she replied..

"Ok then, but please I advice you to keep quiet. We don't entertain noise. " Bryan said.

Although, she couldn't see the man called Bryan. His closeness to her was flounce..

"You get inside" Cally yelled at her almost pushing her inside.

She got stuck inside and was left alone in a big room with a large size bed just like hers. She scrutinized the room and sat on the edge of the bed.

She lingered in the room wondering what she had done because it obvious she has been kidnapped from her lovely prince.

Her Missing is gonna be a heart break to her parents.

"Who could be this wicked prince that took me away from home,, from my dad. I pray he doesn't die of heart attack. " she said.

"King Vianka won't die rather find you and get you out of here" said her thought then should summoned strength..

Gradually, it was full day, her stomach began to echo for food. She hasn't taken breakfast yet. A knot formed in her stomach.. She yarned and moved towards the window..

The summer sun 🌞 shone very brilliantly. She welcomed the rays with smile. Holding on to the window she looked down and saw many people roving up and down for their daily activities.. The house was exactly as theirs. The huge house has 4 storeys of which she was habilitated on the last floor..

Looking down was some how terrific but she kept looking down at different people with different dresses and duties.

Seeing them made her remembered his father, when he took her on a ride into the market.. A ball of sorrowful tears dropped down her eyes trekking a path on her cheek..

BACK IN SYRA

On hearing that the princess was no where found in the castle, the Queen wept bitterly.. She cried aloud rendering herself flushed by tears.

She was consoled by some of her maids.

The intention of king Vianka giving out to marriage was to get allies from other kingdom in the case of war and local crisis.

"What are you saying? My daughter is no longer in this castle? " Asked king Vianka bitterly.

"Yes my Lord" Mete replied while on his knees.

"Can someone tell me how a thing forbidden as this happened? I mean when? " Asked the Queen.

"My lady, I Mete on behalf of the palace guard plead for forgiveness. It took us unaware. I personally saw her last night when the intruder invaded but on my returning I couldn't find her. We searched everywhere for her but to no avail. My lady,, My Lord. Pardon our inaccurate protectiveness. " He pleaded.

"Mete, Now listen as the head guard, you ought to know everything happening in this house.. You can't stand there and plead for forgiveness while my daughter is elsewhere.. Over 25 Guards in this castle and you can't figure out how it happened. Now get on your feet and go in search of my princess,, my eye,, my pride" He broke out.

"You have less than 24hours to bring into this house else I shall kill all of you and exacerbate life for your families. Understood?" He commanded.

"Yes my Lord" They all chorus and left in search of her..

"Your time starts now" He added.

"I can't imagine how it even happen, I thought I left her in the room,, on the bed almost asleep. How come she varnished? " Mete asked himself..

"Why are you quiet, aren't you going with us in search of the princess?" Asked one of Mete's men,, Perry

"Where do you suggest we start search? " asked metet

"Around the neighboring empire of course"

"And You think that's gonna be possible? This might lead to war of which I'm not ready for because our kingdom will eventually loose because of no allies . " Mete lamented.

"What's on your mind? Do we seat and fold our hands till our death time arrive? You know king Vianka to strick and mean with his words. " said Perry

"Perry, I suggest we go along with the royal army. The will be of more help than we going alone. " he said.

"Yeah, you have a point but don't think captain Jack will agree with us?

"He will, it's an order from the king not ours" He said and they laughed

"Please lets get going our time is on the heels" Perry said and they set to go in search of the princess..

"Hey lady, here is your food" Bryan said and dropped the a tray pan containing some food.

She jerked on hearing Bryan's voice. She turned and her eyes landed on a beautiful Hazel eyes. A long lustrous black hair framed a strong, defined face and pink lips curved into a smirk. A broad shoulder coated with black jacket and a powerful legs encased with black pants. A pair of black boots making him 'all black' A sword tied to his waist and a dagger hung above his chest..

She recognized the voice, his scent filled the room. He was the man earlier called Bryan.

"Are you Bryan?" She asked in a terrific voice.

"You must not know who I am" he replied unfairly.

"But are you not the man that..."

"That what?" Bryan interrupted.

"Hope you're done with your staring, I may leave now. That's your food eat" Bryan said and exit the room..

"Food!! I'm not gonna eat, come back and take this f*cking shit out of here" She yelled back at Bryan..

She sat on the bed and began to reminisce the image of the man that just appeared before her.. "His he a man or an god" She asked her chaos self... "He must probably be the prince. He's freaking handsome" she jotted.

"why must Prince Liam ordered this pretty girl kidnapped. Not just a no girl but a princess of a noble kingdom. I wonder what her offences are!." Bryan thought as he walked out of the captive's room.. He passed Cally who stood by door next to her room.

"Bryan, have you given her the food?" He asked pridefully

" Of course yes, or you thinking of something? " Bryan fired in response.

"Don't get me wrong,, I want to be sure if you delivered it. "

"Now be sure, I delivered it. Go feed your prince back. I won't be part of it when the repercussion of his insolent act showcase" He muttered.

"Are you referring to the prince like that? Or has something came over you? " Cally asked.

"Cally, I should be the one asking you that question. Have you gone nut? Listen I'm not ready for this, if you don't mind excuse me" He said and walked away.

"Bryan did you just said that me? " He asked the absence Bryan.

"There is no difference,, Bryan is usually like this. Rude and going against prince Liam's orders.. Liam will get to hear this " Cally said and hasten to prince Liam's chamber.

Cally is one of the best trusted amongst all the guards. He keeps Liam secrets and runs dangerous errands for him. For that, he was made the head guard. Not for any special or known skill or power but gossip and wickedness.

"Greetings my lady" Bryan bowed in greetings to Elaina the twin sister to prince Liam.

"Bryan, how are you doing? You are always looking good " she complimented

"My lady I'm good with the Lord's grace." he replied smiling.

"Oh, good to hear. Hope you have taken your breakfast?" She asked caringly trying to get a direct gaze into his charming eyes but Bryan optioned it.

"Yes my lady, I did take my breakfast" He responded almost immediately bowing.

"Take care of yourself. Hope to see you later". " She said smiling widely.

"Okay my lady, same to you" He said and walked away. All the while they talked Eliana couldn't stop staring at him..

"His too handsome to be a guard" she said and turned once more to look at Bryan. She was lost in thought that she didn't notice the presence of her maids.

"Indeed, handsome" Added one of the maidservant..

"Do you noticed that too? " Asked Elaina.

"Yes my lady." she replied.

"I wondered why he still works with my wicked brother. He should find another thing doing than being his body guard. " She lamented.

"But you know its the king's order. No one turns it down. "

"I feel for him" She Said with a smile 😘.

"Really?"

"Yeah....."

" I do same too but he don't just like relating with people. Always fuming with anger frown.." The maid lamented.

"If I am in his shoes I will do worst because his master is so rude and arrogant.. " princess Eliana said with pity for Bryan..

"Exactly"

"Please let's get going. I am late for the morning exercise.. " She Said and they went to the Field for some sword training..

"I'm at your worship my prince" Cally said and bowed to his feet.

"Welcome, great Cally,, how is our captive?"

"Master she's fine though but has not eaten"

"Why, what's wrong with her?"

"I don't know but I suggest you ask Bryan he might have an idea" He lied trying to turned things against Bryan.

"Where is Bryan right now?"

"My prince, I don't actually know but I saw him going towards the throne hall." said Cally.

"Now go fetch him immediately, he must have something to say about that. I asked him to force her do whatever necessary. Now he just fumbled. He must be accorded some torture for disobedience and arrogance. He dare to turn down my directives" He muttered angrily.

"My prince,, I don't think he will come with me because we had a beef earlier before coming here"

"Bryan again, I thought has learnt his lesson from the previous punishment. Oh!! Gosh. "

" I told you that guy is very stubborn. He disobey your rules.. He doesn't deserve to live, just terminate him once and have peace of mind. " Cally muttered.

" But we have tried that,, haven't we?" He asked.

" But my prince one more time to try. I will personally kill that idiot off your lane.. "

"You have all my permission to kill that shabby.. I hate him for no bad... "

"Yes my prince,, indeed a shabby. I promise to make life miserable for him. " he said and they laughed

Cally left with so muchenthusiasm to fetch Bryan his worst enemy. Cally's hatred for Bryan is much compared to a fire lake. He's the head guard but Bryan has every sumptuous reputation which hate and crave an opportunity to eliminate his existence..
