Bothered

"Going somewhere," another tall, young man blocked her path.

He held unto her with a fierce grip and as much as she struggled, he would not let her go.

"Blue balls, Jace. You took your sweet time getting here."

"I had to enjoy the buffet. Those honeyed briskets were something else. I doubt I'll ever get an opportunity to indulge in an all you can eat buffet ever again."

"That was a huge risk you were taking too long, we almost left you. Suppose the guards noticed you didn't belong."

Jace looked bothered by the actions of his moronic younger brother. He might have gotten the looks and height in the family, but he was dumb as rocks. Still if it hadn't been for his brother, he thought grudgingly the vampire slut might have gotten away.

"Where's Juri?" Flo asked Prince Juval.
