"Nervous?" asked Ari.

She didn't have to wait long for his reply while adjusting his cravat near the nape of his neck.

"Why would I be? I'm not the one getting married today," replied Marino.

Good grief, she had thought they would have been late to the wedding but neither the bride nor groom had arrived as yet. They slipped into their seats with the number that had been indicated on the ticket.

So, this was how royalty did things, everything was on a massive scale of grandeur and overly done. It was a wonder if they could control the weather too, the sun was out, and everything seemed to be planned to perfection. Ari couldn't help herself; she was especially looking forward to the reception.

It was a great change from how the gypsies did their weddings. The gypsies knew how to let loose and have fun, everything here was strict, tedious and followed serious protocols that applied to the royal family.
