"Are you sure about this?" asked Elyon. He didn't mind Ari using him as a crutch to walk but he still felt she should still be resting in bed, "the remains of the house will still be there tomorrow. In fact if you want I can go to your place to check for things that may not have been damaged by the fire."

He also feared that Ari was not in the right mental place, she was so used to suffering alone he wondered if she suffered a relapse would anyone really know, she kept saying she was fine but after losing so many loved ones in quick succession how could she truly be just fine.

"You don't understand this is something that I must see for myself," Ari couldn't explain it but she hadn't given up hope that Eileen was still alive and waiting for her to return to the house. It had already been days since she had been bedridden she couldn't delay their reunion any longer.
