Synopsis:

With nothing but knowledge, brains, and wisdom, he dares to bring this medieval-esque fantasy world into the industrial era, and gain unimaginable wealth and power. Along the way, powerful forces that feel threatened by his rise in dominance will do whatever it takes to bring him down! Will he be able to conquer the continent, and potentially the world, to usher in a new age, or will he get crushed by the existing world order?

The Mechanical Era

Hello Everyone, Max Lostchild here.

So I have been going through the rewritten chapters and found a lot of things I would like to change. Nothing big, such as some rewrites to make the story flow better and change a few details about Howard's character to better fit the story I want to tell in the future.

It might take a lot more time to clear up these changes, so unfortunately I don't think I would be able to update the other chapters. I might take even more time to rewrite these chapters, so I apologize in advance for that.

As to when I can start updating the other chapters, I do not know. It might take a month, maybe more. But I have no idea when I can start again because if I did, I probably would be updating the old chapters tomorrow. Lol.
