The chap of the dark lord has many dreams and among them is to have a fluffy beautiful family together with the girl he can sacrifice his life for without a second thought. Phoebe Grayson. But most of the times, our dreams only come true if a price has to be paid for it.

It all started when Theago's life was changed in one Monday night and over night by destiny's unending element of surprise. That is when everyone mourned and believed that he died in the hands of his enemy, Ezekiel Anderson. This isn't the start of Theago's new life but a start of humanity's new era. An era which has a story to be told and to be passed on for others to know about it.

Destiny forcefully threw Theogo into a new life (without his willing) that made him lost his loved ones (including Phoebe Grayson) took away his hope of living a normal life again and escaping death narrowly when ever it comes and knocks at his door, with the intent of taking him away. To live and survive in this new life, he has to stop being weak, change his mind set and to grow stronger and powerful in order to keep him live a peaceful life.

Before the reader reads the book, he/she has to know what made Theogo special. He is a hybrid of the Demon and the Omin races. A rare hybrid which made him and the other hybrids like him find living difficult. They, the hybrids, are beings which when they suddenly began to appear, they had all the supernatural beings wanting to have their hands on them. THEY fight to survive!

<p>On the wide and long stairway, Theogo remained firm and unmoving at the top of it, as if he was casted by a magical regnant motion stripping spell, looking down straight at his tranquil-looking father who was standing with his two hands transversed behind him. The boy had never been this frightened in his life just by looking at his father like he was frightened right now. What a baptism of fire for him to behold.</p>

<p>If Theogo was to be a human, then, admittedly, his profuse sweats could have sucked him wet already due to nervousness. 'Stay calm, boy, just... stay calm.' He tried calming his raging heart beat unavailingly which was just like banging his head against the wall. 'He is not going to swallow me dry or something, okay? Don't entertain him like this, please beat steadily, it wouldn't be curtains for me... yet...'</p>
