CHAPTER 6 :REMINDED

On her way mia knew that her words served Sasha right after l Sasha to affect her since she played a role in what happened to mia then ,she knew Sasha would have already left she later remembered Hannah who promised to meet her .Mia was about to call her when she noticed her running in her direction "thought you were going to break your promise"she said after putting her phone back "but I didn't"Hannah beamed as she thought mia wouldn't wait for her to arrive Hannah took Mia's textbooks from her hand "anything special happened today?" "I saw her today"replied mia leaving Hannah confused of who 'her'is

"who?'she asked

"Sasha"mia replied and 5h8s had Hannah to exclaim "what?"she said "why did she come here?did she do anything to you? come on answer me"mia felt like shutting Mia's mouth as she keeps bombarding her with questions

turning towards Hannah "she didn't do anything,and i taught a lesson so there's no need to worry ,okay?"mia smiled

"I know that"Hannah said with a worried expression written all over her face and Mia could see it and she knew where this was going to "what I'm worried about is if it affected you when you saw her I mean it reminded you of what happened back then "Hannah continued making Mia's expression to change she then replied "it didn't unlike in the past,trust me it doesn't I have gotten over it ,that traumatic past is gone,I am just look forward to my future" she assured Hannah as she didn't want her to worry

"You should have seen the expression on her face when I talked back to her"mia said and Mia laughed imagining how Sasha's face had looked . Hannah then said as the duo walked towards their destination "well if that bitch had done anything to you you know I would have disfigured her" and Mia chuckled knowing that Hannah can definitely disfigured her

Mia said goodbye to Hannah who has almost. reached her house she went to her house and opened the door with the spare key proving her mum had not come back walking to the kitchen she poured herself a glass of water and she gulp it down.

She later kept herself busy chatting with Hannah as they both talk about random stuff both friends can chat with each other for along time without being tired .They chatted for along time until mia decided to call it a day

There was nothing else to do and Mia decided to waste the rest of the evening,she downloaded a lot of latest songs and movies including music videos as she comfortably listen to each of them.

Night came and Mia was already in her bed with the sheet covering her while she closed her eyes,her mind going to a flashback

"Daddy,daddy"a little girl yelled as she ran into the arms of her dad who lifted her up and spun her around "how is my little girl doing?"he asked putting little mia back on the floor "I'm doing good"mia said while her dad sat down and she sat on his lap before saying"I miss you daddy,don't ever go without telling me" giving her a kiss on her forehead her father replied "I promise I won't leave you without telling you again hmm?"and little mia nodded in response"promise you won't leave me" she said "I promise"her dad responded as little Mia brought out her pinky finger to do a pinky promise

Mia opened her eyes letting out a heavy sigh "you didn't end up keeping your promise"she thought sitting up she checked the time wondering if her mum is back yet .

Soon the door to her room opened and Mrs Albert peeked in "are you asleep mia?"she asked while coming in to meet mia sitting on her bed ,she walked forward closing the door behind her and suiting beside mia. She reached out her hand to caress Mia's hair "why aren't you asleep" shaking her head "I'm not sleepy"mia said with a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"I know that's not the reason ,I can tell so tell me what happened.

Mia smiled at her mother's concern she could always rely on her mom who has always been there to support and comfort her when she needed it and Mia knew that her mum could guess why she didn't sleep but she just wanted her to say the reason . Sharing with her mum how she feels always help mia a lot and she felt lucky to have a mum like her who she could rely on .

A tear escaped from Mia's eyes which results in the duo sharing a hug . "i-i miss him a lot"mia said More tears escaping from her eyes "I know" Mrs Albert consoled resting Mia's head on her shoulder while the latter wiped her tears

Few minutes of silence passed when Mrs Albert started "I know how much you miss your dad ,I miss him too and I am very sure that he is proud of the person you've become" she wiped Mia's tears "so stop crying" she consoled her daughter and Mia replied by nodding her head and putting on a smile making her mum smile too.

Mia received a goodnight kiss on the head from her mum who left the room and closed the door behind her.

Mia then laid back on the bed "tomorrow is a new day"she thought while finally closing her eyes to sleep

The whole place was filled with large music as people danced and drink ,the room was filled with neon lights. At the other side of the club was a bar where Sasha was sitting and Havi her shots .

She had gotten angry with Mia's behavior and decided to chill out just to get rid of her anger ,She isn't going to let mia go , that's for sure.

After having a few more shots she got to leave when she received a text message from her mum telling her to come home. By this time Sasha was slightly drunk ,she went outside and to where her car was packed the driver helped her Inside before going to start the car and drove off.

The car then arrived at the entrance of a mansion as it drove right past a water fountain where Sasha told him to stop for her to get down . The building still has light inside indicating that her parents are still awake with a sigh she went in passing by a servant who greeted her .

She went up the stairs and to her room where she decided to freshen up . Sasha later came out in her night wear to find someone sitting on her bed. It was a middle aged woman who is also her mum Mrs ivy Smith .

Going to drop the towel "what are you doing here mum?"Sasha asked before she yawn . Ignoring her daughter's question Mrs Smith asked "where were you? you've come back from abroad for a long time and yet you didn't bother to call us,you have some explaining to do"

Sasha could tell that her mum was worried "it all because of that stupid mia that my mood got ruimed"she thought "I got busy"Sasha smiled to her mum.

"By the way where is dad?"Sasha asked to change the topic "he is furious" Mrs Smith said watching her daughter coming to sit down beside her "your father and I have something to discuss with you"and this piqued Sasha's curiosity "what is it?"but her mum didn't reply immediately instead she said"first you would have to come with me and go see your father"

"arrrgh,fine"Sasha groaned knowing that she might get scolded.

They both walked to the study room where her father is they opened the door to see a see Sasha's father who was working on his laptop.

As if feeling their presence he looked up from the laptop and saw his daughter going to sit on the couch lazily . He stood up with a passive expression on his face "what do think you were doing not informing me about your arrival ?"he demanded and Sasha was definitely expecting this .

To save her daughter from the scolding Mrs ivy said "please calm down John she's home now and besides don't you have more important things to discuss with her?" This however made Sasha's dad calm down as expression changed

Meanwhile Sasha was confused as to what her parents want to discuss with her that is so important "we planning on a marriage proposal to the Gracia " Sasha was at loss for words as she has always wanted to get married into a family like the Garcia and her eyes lit up at 6he thought her father then continued"you should know that the eidest son isn't easy to impress and I would like for you to start preparing if you know what I mean" he smiled as sasha nodded in response. Knowing that marrying a Garcia is an advantage for her family.
