CHAPTER 35: OUTING

Mia slowly opened he eye to see Ryan who was wearing a deep blue suit , his hair combed to the back and a black tie perfectly knotted as if he was going on an official event checking her temperature . Seeing her temperature was back to normal Ryan sighed "take care of yourself you still need to go somewhere with me on the twenty seventh of this month and I can not have you going there sick " Ryan said as he was about to exit the room

"Where are you going to" Mia asked inquisitively Ryan stayed quiet for a while "it I okay if you do not want to tell me " Mia said not feeling disappointed at all because she felt she should not have asked in the first place " I am going to one of my many branch with Matt " Ryan replied as he left the room while Mia suddenly remembered he said he is taking her somewhere on the twenty seventh . She picked up her phone which was on top the table that was beside her bed and when she saw that today's date was twenty five " I wonder where he is taking me to , and why is it in two days time " she taught to her self

IN SASHA'S HOUSE

Entering her house just now Sasha , Mrs Smith who has been wating for her daughter to come back home since last night rushed to her as sasha entered the house recking of alcohol " where have you being , I waited all night for you " Sasha mum said concerned for her daughter's wellbeing " you did not have to wait I am not a baby anymore mum " sasha said going straight to her room as her mother followed directly behind her "at least you should have called to tell me where you were going to sleep " Sasha mum said stopping her from going any further " mum I have said it before I am not a baby and I crashed at one of my friend house after we both got drunk " Sasha said completely tired of her mum's nagging .

This is not the first time Sasha got drunk so Mrs ivy Smith was not surprised that her daughter got drunk but was surprised that her daughter crashed at someone else's house for the first time " Is the person a boy or a girl" Mrs ivy asked " mum... It is a girl and moreover I can not create any scandals for now you know ? " Sasha replied assuring her mum " ok i will trust you on that , however your dad gave me an invitation and wants me to attend on his behalf " Mrs ivy said " Soo why are you telling me this " sasha asked confused " because I want you to go on your father's behalf " Mrs ivy said giving a pleading look too sasha " no I am not going there will be no body of my age there , I can not go and be talking to all those old monkeys " sasha said as she was bringing out her cloth from her wardrobe ready to take her bath " that is disrespectful you know? " Mrs ivy said "what is disrespectful " Sasha said not knowing exactly what her mother was referring to "calling your dad business partners old mon.." "as if they are not old and ugly " Sasha whispered to her self cutting her mum short " well , i am not sure but I thought , I just thought they also in voted the Garcia " Mrs ivy said trying to convince sasha into going "seriously " "not sure , if you are still going come and collect the invitation card from my room before I reject it " Mrs ivy said ready to exit sasah's room " I'm going , don't reject it " Sasha said to her mum with a pleading look as she entered her bath room and her mum exited her room laughing at her .

INSIDE RYAN'S OFFICE

" Haaa , Matt what about the information I asked you to get about Mia " Ryan asked as he paused from what ever he was doing " I actually got some but I feel it is not concrete enough yet " Matt who was shocked at the sudden question did not think twice before answering " go and bring it let me see " immediately these words left Ryan's mouth Matt quickly went to bring the evidence he as gathered about Mia to Ryan . Handing it over to Ryan , he to at glance at every piece of information nodded his head and asked " have you prepared what I asked you to" " yes" Matt replied "ok , you can go "Ryan said a he went back to his work.

" Being home alone is so bored , may be that is why home alone did all what he did " Hannah whispered to herself she was extremely bored that she did all what she can do to make her self less bored but nothing worked , so she decided to look at some of Mia's drawing that is in her place . After looking at the ones that was in the drawer she decided to look at older ones and went to the store to come across her pictures from her high school she gathered all of them sat on the floor and started to look at them one by one as she was reminded of ok memories . She saw some that was only her and mia , some of everybody in her class ,one of when Mia received an award for some of her drawings , untill she came across a picture of a boy it seem like the picture was taken without the consent of the person in the picture , still the person still looked undeniably handsome . As Hannah was admiring the picture with love that filled her eye at that moment her phone buzzed . Bringing out her phone from her pocket she saw Mia's text " come to this address now, ###### , I need company" .
