Ava and I are sitting on the couch beside each other with a cutting board filled to the bring with various meats and cheeses, and also a box of crackers and two types of dips. We don’t normally eat food like this on a Sunday afternoon with the sun beaming in through the windows. But today, we just felt like it.


Jasmine’s modeling show is playing on television, forcing us to watch beautiful women flaunt their slim bodies and insanely small bikinis. How can anyone watch a modeling show and feel good about themselves? I think it isn’t humanely possible. 


As I shoved a mouthful of meat, cheese, and a cracker into my mouth, Jasmine takes the catwalk. I must admit that she does look stunning in the red bikini she’s wearing. It’s clear to me that Jasmine was born to walk the catwalk and it only fuels the jealous feelings bubbling inside of me.
