As both parties were closing on each other, Sharon took the initiative to do the first strike. She dashed toward Drill who in response accepted the challenge by dashing toward her also. Seeing her dashing toward the enemy zone, Ahli gave Jena a signal which she responded with a nod. With that, they both went on separate ways with Ahli to the left and she to the right.

With only two meters left, Sharon prepared her sword to swing it with full force. She lifted it above her head and let it fall with a full swing at Drill. It was received by Drill with a cross block, and because of its bigger power, the clash between the two set Sharon back. She was able to withstand her ground just when the piercing blade of Drill's sword came at her.
