[Returning the kingdom to its rightful owner?]

For Leon, the question held so many meanings. But the most important one was 'the rightful owner'. He wondered to whom that phrase was pointed at. The people of the kingdom? Or, the royal family?

[But all members of the royal family supposedly already wiped out.]

Which then led him to the third possibility, a faction that worked behind the scene, controlling the whole aspect of the kingdom itself. It was not common on Earth for that type of group. Most countries had it, so, it might be applied as well to this other world kingdom.
