As he stepped out of Dite's hut, Ahli saw the scenery surrounding him. A regular forest filled with trees that had crooked trunks. They, however, were stacked on top of each other, making it like stairways to heaven.
Dite took Abiu on his shoulders as he was running through the forest, passing through every obstacle as if it was nothing. Ahli tried to keep up with the run, but pace by pace he started to get left behind. Seeing that, Ahli pushed himself harder because even if he would be left behind, he wanted to still be able to catch a glimpse of Dite's back, so he knew where he should go.
They passed what might be the edge of the area where the hut was located. It was a cliff that was in three stacks, with each stack having a distance of around 3 to 5 meters. From the top one that they passed, Ahli saw at the very bottom of the cliff, the bamboo forest filling up the land toward the horizon.
[My god…so that's why….]
