Donatello(II)

Donatello had activated his Runic Path and summoned an illusory and fierce-looking creature that exuded this suffocating pressure that made it seem as though it wanted to devour the two women whole. This creature looked like that of a chimera, as it was composed of parts from different wild animals. This made it appear menacing to those seeing it for the first time. As such, this caused the two women to jump off the bed in fright. They did not dare to face that terrifying creature.

Of course, this was only an illusion created by his imagination and not an actual living creature. However, to the two women who were weak-minded, this illusion was about as real as meeting a wild tiger in the middle of a bustling city. Thus, they were extremely terrified when they saw the figure looming behind Donatello as if it would pounce on them at any given time.

"W-We're sorry! We were only paid to do this! As you can tell, we are only normal people, so please don't kill us! If you let us go, we promise to devote ourselves fully to providing you with a memorable and pleasurable experience with our bodies!" The two women hurriedly and fearfully knelt on the floor of the room and pleaded in their sexy lingerie. They were shaking from top to bottom as though the temperature of the room had suddenly dropped.

"What do you mean you're normal people? I can clearly sense the profound power of Runic Force in your bodies, and you dare claim to be normal people? Who are you trying to fool?" Donatello looked at them with a fierce expression on his face. This caused the two women to shake in trepidation because of the killing intent oozing out of his body.

"T-That is because our runic path functions were mainly for pleasing men in the Club and not meant for combat purposes. Besides, we both have low Soul Force Limits, so there's not much we can do in a fight even if we had combat constructs. We can only use basic runic constructs, at most, with our current Soul Force Limit." Amanda quickly said as she groveled towards him. She mustered all her courage and used every bit of her strength and effort to fight back the pressure on her body as she did so.

When she got close enough to Donatello, she reached out with difficulty and undid the robe on his chest. She then gently caressed his body to demonstrate the usage of her superpower.

Donatello could tell that it wasn't an attack from her judging from the undulation of the force she was emitting, so he silently watched on. Furthermore, her Runic Force consumption was pitifully low, so low that it wasn't remotely worth considering as a threat. It wouldn't even hurt or put a scratch on him, even if he were to let her attack him with it.

However, Donatello would soon be astonished by the effects of her superpower as she used it on his body. While he wasn't injured by her superpower's effect, he could vividly feel the changes occurring in his body.

These changes came as an impulsive feeling that came out of nowhere, almost like an untamed beast with its leash cut off was running amok in his body ceaselessly. Donatello could barely contain himself from this sudden impulsive feeling that arose in the deeper part of his body, which caused his heart rate to beat loudly and rapidly.

The most visible change was his lower body, as he could feel the changes clearly there. He was filled with seemingly endless vigor and it only got intense when the other woman came to join Amanda.

'This feeling… Is this the legendary Libido Booster that I've heard so much about? I heard that it was a popular construct that had been circling around lately mainly because of its potency. From what I have uncovered so far, the construct for that was created by someone in the underground world, who used another construct from an unknown expert as a foundation. Now that I am experiencing it myself, I can see why people were so hyped about it. It's quite potent, much more potent than what I have heard.'

Donatello confirmed the reason behind the feeling in his body and then looked at the two women touching him with trembling hands while emitting this subtle and faint glows from their hands.

'As expected of Ecstasy Night Club, they even had their workers use such constructs for their Runic Paths.'

Seeing and feeling the two women's soft and soothing hands touching him all over in order to please him, Donatello could no longer tolerate it anymore. He discarded all unnecessary thoughts and he gave in to his immediate and impulsive desire.

"If you want me to forgive you for your transgressions, then you better serve me well tonight." He said before fully taking off his white night robe and lying flat on the bed shortly after, completely naked and ready for action.

The two women exchanged glances for a moment, and they could clearly see the emotions in each other's eyes. They were both elated that they got to keep their lives this time with this gamble of theirs.

As the two women were professionals in their line of work, who were strictly trained in their profession by many expert physiologists, they knew more about the human body and how to incite pleasure in them, especially in men. Thus, they quickly calmed down after clearing their minds of their initial fears.

They took a few deep breaths, then put on a charming smile before they seductively climbed up on the bed. They quickly got to do what they do best— which was to serve their current customer until he was satisfied with their service.

As their lives were on the line this time, they did not hold back with their service. Instead, they went the extra mile with their bed skills and superpowers in order to not displease Donatello and risk getting killed as a result.

That night, with the masterful skills of the two women in bed, Donatello would experience a new thrill, completely unlike anything he had experienced thus far. Just as the two women had promised him, it was a memorable and pleasurable experience.

Donatello's mood dramatically improved the following day. He even let the two women off the hook without further action as a result. He would get lost in the refreshing pleasure he experienced and would end up completely forgetting his boiling anger towards Maximus for the next few days.

Meanwhile, having agreed to do the commission, Maximus proceeded to check his email to read all the relevant information about the commission to prepare himself for it. Not long after, he finished reading through the email a few times with satisfaction. As such, he did not bother to call Donatello and decided to take on the commission.

After all, not only did Donatello send the money to his account as he promised, but even the payment for the commission was satisfactory for him. Therefore, he did not waste any time deciding before accepting the commission.

...

A few years back, when Maximus first arrived in Mystic Runic City, he didn't have the necessary identification to start a business. He also didn't have the money to sustain himself in the city. Therefore, he proceeded to walk around aimlessly while searching for a job that did not require him to prove his identity.

Coincidentally, he arrived in front of Donatello's workshop. He proceeded to stand there for a few moments with a pondering expression before deciding to leave. As he was about to leave, Donatello called him out, asking if he was lost or if he came to issue a commission to him.

After a few exchanges with Donatello, he found out that Donatello was a Concept Illustrator, otherwise known as a Comic Artist. Concept Illustrators or Comic Artists are the people who take on commissions to illustrate supernatural powers schematics using a provided Superpower Blueprint or simply the imagery of the superpower without the blueprint.

This was done by using Illusion Runic Force to show the formation of the superpower or how the superpower would look when deployed by the user. Although it would not be an accurate demonstration, it still presents a general concept for visualization purposes for those who want to create their Runic Path based on it.

Regardless of the accuracy of the demonstrated superpower, it would require the input of the person who issued the commission beforehand, and the Concept Illustrator would have to illustrate the concept using their input in order for a near-perfect Concept Visualization final product to be realized.

If the commissioner liked the concept they visualized using the concept illustrated, they would then seek out a Runic Construct Creator for the remaining step of the process, such as the inscriptions of the constructs that would serve as the Runic Path.

That aside, after their exchange, Donatello found out that Maximus was a newcomer to the city, and he was homeless. Because of various reasons that he refrained from revealing to him, he came to Mystic Runic City by himself. Regardless of his past, Donatello decided to help him out by hiring him.

However, that was after learning from their exchange that Maximus was a talented youth, an extremely talented Runologist. His knowledge of runes was on par, if not above those famous experts with whom he was acquainted.

He was only able to recognize this fact from a single proposal that Maximus gave him regarding creating concepts as a Concept Illustrator. As Donatello wasn't that creative, he lacked the ingenuity to create original concepts without referring to preexisting or mainstream concepts.

However, upon listening to Maximus, he discovered that the youth was extremely gifted. He immediately decided to hire him, but Maximus initially refused his proposal as he wanted to work together instead.

Donatello was not bothered by his stubborn and willful behavior, as all that mattered to him was the concepts that he would provide for him. As for his allegiance or whatnot, it didn't matter to him as he wasn't in a rush. After all, he could always deal with things like that later on in the future.

Maximus, on the other hand, decided to use him to establish himself in the city while hiding his true identity.

Naturally, Donatello was curious about the reason behind hiding his identity as a rune expert. He also wanted to know why he didn't have an identification card upon his arrival in Mystic Runic City.

After all, Mystic Runic only prioritized those with solid, reliable, and prominent backgrounds, but he didn't want to pry into his business. Instead, he offered for them to help each other out. This was because it would benefit both of them more this way than him pursuing Maximus's identity and ruining their budding relationship in the process.
