Chapter 28 Up to something

"But you just came back?" Grace said getting up from the couch, Andrew and Aiden gulped in fear, looking at Grace suddenly getting angry,

"Grandma, I was enjoyed that trip, that's why I want to go another one" Mia pleaded, giving her mom and grandma a pleading look, she knew they won't be able to say a no.

"Okay, you can go but…," Grace said, Mia jumped from the couch in happiness, "You have to keep us updated about everything."

Mia nodded her head, Andrew smiled at her, he was staring at her when someone whispered in his ears "Stop staring at her, she will find out you have a crush on her." Andrew was shocked when he heard this, he turned to face Sira who was smirking at him, as if she caught him red handed.

Andrew ears turn red, he turned towards Hannah and said "I will take care of your daughter, don't worry."

"Oh, I'm sure you will," Sira said, controlling her laugh, "So…I think we should start packing." Jane said, "Well, I already have my and Andrew's bags ready In the car." Aiden said.

"What about you Jane?" Grace asked, "Oh, I don't need to pack bags I can get e-" Mia, closed Jane's mouth before she could say anything more, "I will pack her stuff with me."

Grace nodded her head, "Jane, do you have a boyfriend?" Jane was stunned by her question she did not know what to say, "I don't have a boyfriend." Jane said.

"What is wrong with you girls, not a single one of you have a boyfriend" Grace shouted, "But why should we get a boyfriend, we will get a girlfriend," Aiden said pointing towards Andrew and him, "I was talking about girls, are you a girl?" Aiden pouted at Grace's sarcastic answer.

Andrew laughed at him, 'way to get embarrassed' he thought, after sometime Mia went to pack her bags, while everyone were talking.

"Okay, I'm done let's go." Mia said coming with her bag, Andrew and Aiden went to the car while Mia and Jane bidding bye to her mom and grandma.

"Be careful, make sure to call us everyday." Mia nodded her head and went towards Sira who was sitting angrily on the couch, "Take me with you," Sira said, "No Sira, you have a job so focus on your career, I promise to we both will go on a girls trip, some other time." Mia tried to convince her.

But the truth was Mia could not afford risking Sira's life, she was her best friend, Mia knew Sira was suspecting her, that something was wrong, she just hope Sira doesn't find out anything.

"When you come back, we will have a lot of fun." Grace was looking at them with a smirk.

"Your mom and grandma, are so scary." Aiden said, with a horrified look on his face, he was so scared of Mia's mom and grandma, that he forgot to breath for a minute.

Mia rolled her eyes at him, "I already know that". "But you look exactly like your mom, just her eyes are blue."

"She got it from her dad." Mia said, and your grandma looks so cute expect when she is angry." Jane said making Aiden chuckle. Mia could feel something was different about Aiden and Jane today, but she could not understand what.

"How long will it take to reach there," Jane asked getting comfortable in the back seat, Mia was sitting beside her. "Maybe an hour." Andrew said, focusing on the road.

"But what we have to do there?" Mia asked, "That is something, Sofia will tell you." Andrew said.

Andrew saw someone's car was behind their car for a while, "What is their problem." Andrew was getting irritated, he kept changing lanes, giving that car space to leave but it kept bothering them.

"Should I go and talk to them?" Aiden asked, "No, let it be," Andrew answered, after a while that car was still behind them.

"I think they are following us." Andrew voiced his thoughts, he could see a girl was driving the car, but had no idea who she is.

"Who is she?" Andrew asked, making Aiden check in the mirror, which made him widen his eyes in shock, she was the same girl who kidnapped Akira.

"The kidnapper!" Aiden shouted, Mia turn back to check what did Aiden mean, she could clearly see the girl, "OH GOD," Mia shouted, "What," Jane asked worriedly, "She is the one who threw me in front of the car." Mia said.

"Why is she following us?" Jane asked, "She is definitely up to something." Andrew glanced back at the car.

"But what." All of them said together.

Suddenly they heard a gunshot, and their car lost balance, "AAHHH" Mia was shouting, while Jane was trying to control the car with her magic.

The car was going to crash with another car in the front when Andrew turned it towards the left, Jane used a spell to stop the car before it can go any further.

"Are we alive," Mia asked still in shock, "For now yes, but I don't think for long." Aiden shouted, Andrew looked in the direction where Aiden had his eyes, he saw the girl coming their way.

"This time let's teach her a lesson." Andrew smirked, Aiden glanced at him and he knew what Andrew meant.
