The True Original Receipt

Jack demanded me to present the original document. He boldly claimed that the existing evidence were forged, the ones that belonged to the old man and Tia herself. But with him doing so, he had already sealed his fate. He was desperate, grasping at straws. It was time for the nail in the coffin.

The judge turned to me with a grave expression. "Mr. Gunawan, can you present the original evidence that Mr. Hammer claims does not exist?"

Before I could answer, Prosecutor Fritz stepped forward, pardoning himself. "Your honor, even if the defense is unable to present the original piece, the two copies already submitted are sufficient to represent the true document. These can be sent to the church for analysis. Should that be the case, I request the court adjourn until the results are ready. However, if the defense can present the original, the case will be closed tonight."
