Deborah asked the maid to get Azalea downstairs. Azalea had already seen Meadow from the room upstairs. After the maid called out to her, she immediately came downstairs and said joyfully, "Hello, Meadow!"
"Azalea, you seem to have lost a lot of weight." Meadow got up and took Azalea's hand warmly to chat with her. Deborah was displeased again when she heard the former's words.
Azalea had lost a lot of weight. Did Meadow mean that the Floyd family was treating Azalea badly? Deborah said in a light tone, "Miss Clark, Mrs. Davis said that she would like to invite you to go on a vacation. What do you think?"
It was obvious that Deborah had addressed her as Miss Clark because the former was displeased. Azalea and Meadow knew very well that it was wise to reject Meadow's invitation at this moment. However, Azalea had suffered too much recently. She felt that she would lose it if she stayed any longer. She had to go outside and get away for a while.
