Black Sea

Hiding in total darkness, Blake watched the man, known as the backward Ichist walk along the path he had just fallen from. Yeah, wasn't he the one who had trapped the gods and deities in the Linards Mountain and that was an eternal wish. The gods had decided to grant him his wish due to his loyalty as a servant only to be betrayed by their loyal subject. Blake kept wondering on his own if someday, they would solve the problem of the gods because right now, the scene before him was about the backward Ichist. How he had created the reverse psychology for Ashen Barrow. How he made it possible for the sun to rise from the west and sets in the east. Blake didn't still bother to come out because right now, he was still unto something which he wanted to figure out.

The strange young man walked to the ends of a tall mountain still in Blake's reach and then he got out a [broken oath]. The [Broken Oath] was like a suffused object created by the gods at will which was opposed to great danger and dooms. What Blake didn't know right now is that, the [Broken oath] is an instrument which enables it's wielder create a great curse and doom on the land.

Blake just watched intently with keen interest and then the strange man raised the charm. Few light dazzled weakly and Blake sighed with his eyes closed for a while, the moment he opened his eyes, the next thing he saw caused panic ringing within his vambraces. Waves of water suddenly rose from the mountains as though they had been trapped there, and suppressed by some unseen magic and now, a curse was unleashed. Blake stood there wondering if he was in a dream or what because this water would indeed flood everywhere and it would never, never be destroyed or caged once more because the wielder of the charm had been killed by the sea and the charm destroyed.

Did backward Ichist really do that? He had released that curse with the aid of the charm and also in exchange of his life.

How is reverse and curses connected that he had to call the waters on the land. Everyone would be washed away and that was a fact.

Blake watched, the water rammed into him and pushed him back, and then swallowed him whole with much precision. His world blackened due to the darkness of the water. The only thing he managed was to keep his eyes closed and then float upwards. That was a result of the Survival lessons he had taken. He was taught on how to level himself in a water without sight. How to reel himself upwards without actually seeing his environment and then, Blake shot out of the depths and he took in deep breath as he opened his eyes. What welcomed his view was a large body of water. No less called the black sea because the water wasn't even crystal clear. Your reflection wouldn't appear on the water.

He had planned earlier on using runic alphabet to make Tera and Evie locate him but now, how would that be possible when he is on the surface of a black sea? Blake turned checking for any safe place because, the cold was starting to deal with him and mostly because the temperature was somewhat below 20 degrees so he wanted to find shelter but the question now was how? There was no statue or any stone platform to take shelter. Plus he had a haunch that this black sea wouldn't be a black sea without creatures of the depth, he need to get out before planning on fighting such abominations because obviously getting to him at this point would dim him vulnerable and they would easily rip him apart. Not to say that he was totally naked.

Blake looked and looked until finally, he remembered that the black sea had been unleashed from the mountains. Yes, the mountain would be a safe place for him so Blake turned and started to swim towards the mountain chain and even with the amount of cold shrouding his soul, he would never give up and just as said, he touched the mountain slabs and with a weak smile, he tried to climb but with most of his energy gone, he felt exhausted.

All of a sudden, the waters underneath him rippled across causing every nook and cranny of Blake's body to come at alert. Blake turned only to see two eyes that had a pale crimson red slits just visible a distance In the water. Or no, it was the lightening that reflected the creature. Because the next minute, he couldn't see it again but he knew that it was coming. Even his ability, [Eye of the gods] Wasn't evolved to the extent of peering into a much darker situation as this.

Blake turned immediately and held on the slabs as he started climbing as fast as he could, fresh strength suddenly instilled within him.

When the lightening appeared again, where he saw the creature reach had him panicking.

"Oh shit! Oh shit."

Blake speed increased but still, that did not stop the creature from ramming into the mountain with a force capable of shattering it into tiny little pieces but somehow, it held. Only that the slabs which Blake held onto for support were coming off slowly and heck it was something he couldn't understand.

Blake lost his footing and almost landed back into the water but he was taken in surprise by another slab which he held that groaned but did not pull out. He just needed to find a way to get to the top and that has to be done as soon as possible if not, this angry creature wouldn't stop until it has had him as lunch.

The creature rammed in again with much precision and the mountain quaked making Blake to yelp at the rattle he was subjected to which of course gave him a slight shock and he grimaced.

"Why not leave me be you insane haddock!"

Blake complained and continued his climbing with bids of sweat forming although the weather was extremely cold and harsh for his skin.

The next minute, a gargantuan spiky tail flogged almost where Blake was climbing and the shockwave sent tides and sands of stones pulling down but somehow Blake held, this was bad in a way. . .
