The sudden attack from the Pyrothrax tail caught La Coasta off guard.

As for the beast, it had to pay the prize for canceling the shield.

The last strike from La Coasta struck its massive body, leaving a deep cut.

The beast cried in agony as the sword strike almost cut through the last layer of its defense.

In the distance, Annette watch as La Coasta was sent flying and her heart almost jumped out of her throat. Fear gripped her heart and her face was full of panic.

'La Coasta... Please be okay...' She prayed in her heart.

As for the others watching the battle from their various hiding spots, they widened their eyes and did not believe what had just happened.

Just as Annette was preparing to join the battle, she heard La Coasta's feint voice from the distance.
