Just when I wanted to teleport back to that old man and hand him up for a beating I see a massive city appear on the horizon. The city is massive, comparing it to the capital cities in the demon world it is at least three times as big as one of them. The human world is also much richer than the demon world, I honestly think that was made that way so it scaled to be difficult for the MC when he eventually made it here.
Like this place makes the demon world look bad, and that is saying something since I thought the capitals in the demon world were pretty cool. The cities in demon world had a nice fantasy flavor.
Now their flavor is sour in comparison to this truly fantasy-style city, with marble buildings with gold trimmings. Streets packed with businesses and kids running around playing without a care in the world. It is almost jarring to look at this, I also have a feeling deep in my bones telling me to start to stick my finger in their pies.
So much money and opportunity, so many people to rip off and leave broke. There are also massive government buildings for the five different branches of the government. They still have an absolute leader in the emperor, but they also have Government administration and military administration along with Legal affairs and academic affairs, and lastly financial affairs.
I am taking Shea and Catherine to look into all of that and see what they can do to restructure the governments of their empires. The humans are doing something right and the demons need to catch up.
I stop and look at all the different businesses and have to stop myself from planning out my takeover, soon.
I close my eyes and set a teleport up to head back home, my little sneak peek is over and I need to ready myself for Crystal valley.

With the game plan, we have forged the hit on crystal valley should go down swiftly. Both Manu and Azgalor are in crystal valley, and it's Jacobs's main home and healing location. Without a doubt now is the best time to smash them, we have the numbers when it comes to overlords. We could even send two overlords to each of there's and still have a spare to clean up any stragglers trying to flee. Add in Lamp spirits and crystal beasts and no one is leaving this valley.
"Alright, one last time I will go over the game plan. The crystal beasts are going to swarm their forces and scientists, they should also have crystal servants of their own from the crystal dragon so they will also deal with them. Half the Lamp spirits are going to play support the crystal beasts and then the other half will support our heavy hitters. Heavy hitters are going to swiftly take out their overlords with no fanfare." Everyone rolls their eyes at the no fanfare comment but I see it as one of the vital parts of the plan, villains in this kind of world always pull out some random trump card to barely survive to come back stronger.
"Let's get a move on." Catherine steps forward and a magic circle appears under all of our feet and spreads out to cover everyone who is coming. With this move, Bloodfall will be staggering and only will have bloody empire to fall back on.

- Manu POV -
"We need to do something, what has the Lord said about the situation." Azgalor says through grit teeth, his humiliating defeat was even worse than mine. The name Nova has been coming out of his name at least fifty times a day.
"Nothing yet, he said we should lick our wounds and hold the crystal valley until he is ready to make a move. He said he is working on setting up a trap to capture all of the leaders of the demon world in one move." I shouldn't have entered that contest, I only lowered my opinion in the mind of the lord and now he doubts our capabilities.
A hand slams onto the table causing both of us to look at Jacob who is snarling.
"You fuckers are too noisy, if you can't sit quietly you will be kicked out on your asses. I didn't ask for you two to come and disturb my peace for such a long time because you lost some fight." He pulls a muscular serving girl into his lap and she shakes in fear as he gropes her body.
"Alright alright, we will get out of your hair." I stand up and head for the door, if Azgalor doesn't follow it's on him if he gets beaten.

"Why are you running like a beat dog?" I grit my teeth hearing Azgalor's haughty tone.
"Crystal dragon Jacob is immune to most of my powers, yours as well if I remember correctly. It makes him a powerful ally having the physique to resist magic but it also makes him a dangerous foe. I won't embarrass myself again, I have to recover and improve my standing before the Lord takes the demon world if I want a place in it." I have to carve out a piece for the Leviathan family for me to rule, then we can plan to take more once we are secure.
"I see, well I think we shou-." He stops talking and I praise the demon god for sparing my ears. But then I feel a pressure lock onto me and freeze in place.
"Look who I found, ready for round two?" I turn my head and feel sweat on my back as I see the man of my downfall floating in the air with wings behind his back. beside him are three others with similar wings and they are geared for a fight.
Glowing armor and necklaces and other trinkets that even a layman in appraisal can see are high-quality gear. I begin to pull power into my body and ready myself for a fight when I hear an explosion behind me.
"Hold moly Zola isn't holding back, I wonder if Izzy will even get a piece for herself." I look behind me momentarily and see a plume of different magical elements imploding what used to be Jacobs's mansion. My jaw drops when I sense the elements and how they are reacting.
The water is mixing with fire and the air is mixing with the earth, the pitch black darkness is blinding to look at as if the very fabled sun itself and light that pulls in color around itself like a void.
"What is even going on?!" A Roar comes out of the magic compound and Jacob in his dragon form fly's out straight at his enemy but seeing who it is he immediately blasts off trying to leave.
How do they even know we are here?! Who betrayed us and why would they do this?!

- Isabella's POV -
"At least Nova has some good sense to send me after Jacob, I would have been sad if he didn't." Zola comments as we float above a house with our target inside.
"How do you want to go about this?" I ask as I am only recently a demon overlord and fighting a peak overlord is going to be pretty hard. But my Crack trait should do massive damage to his crystal physique and open it up for Zola's magic.
"When you see him and get a chance smash him open with your ability and I will handle the rest... if this doesn't kill him." She mummers the last part as she pushes her glasses up and conjures a massive magic circle that pours out a rainbow beam of swirling colors.
A massive explosion happens and a shield protects us from the blast, but just as quickly it soon begins to suck everything in and condense it into a cloud of elements. The elements swirl and mix as if in a cauldron and give off a very dangerous feeling even from behind the shield.
"WHO DARES!?!" A man shouts and soon a giant dragon made of crystals blasts out of the cloud, he seems to be fine on the surface but as I observe him with demonic energy to begin cracking his surface I find hairline fractures covering him.
I pour out my power to spread the cracks and shatter the big lizard and he freezes in place with his eyes widening. I begin to think it's doing a lot more than I thought to cause this reaction but soon notice a chilling aura coming from my partner.
With no hesitation, the crystal dragon shoots off in a different direction and Zola starts to let out a low laugh.
"You're not getting away from me this time." Her glasses gleam in the light and she soon starts to cast more magic on the dragon who is trying to run. I am glad she is on our side.

- Catherine's POV -
If Azgalor wasn't the man who tortured my new friends Kia and Freya I would be tempted to let him live if he swore to serve me. It would be useful to pull the Beelzebub family under my control, but there is no pity for this man.
"Kia? What the hell are you doing here and what are those wings?!" He points at the daughter he neglected and his face turns red in anger. "You are betraying your father and your family?!" Kia scoffs and summons the God-eating mask to her face, I think she did that to piss him off even more and it seemed to work. She only kept it off so he would hopefully recognize her.
"You were never any family of mine, you allowed them to do as they wish with us. No father or husband or any form of family would allow for their family to be treated so poorly." His hands clench and I feel his spirit power raising to its limits as he ready himself to attack.
"Good, you at least brought me the mask when you came to die!" He blasts himself toward her completely ignoring my presence and I move to correct his mistake but Kia holds up a hand.
Her territory spreads out and I feel it begin to consume his spirit power and the mask's eye sockets begin to dimly glow. A black sphere appears above her outstretched hand it pulls everything nearby toward it.
With a casual wave of her hand, the ball fly's off and strikes her father in the chest, when it makes contact it doubles in size and begins to hungrily pull everything into it. That includes Azgalor himself as his clothes are shredded and parts of his body get pulled into it with a sickening crunch.
"AHH!" He screams out as he fights to get away from the orb of death and destruction but is slowly pulled into it. After his legs and an arm are lost to it the balls stops and disappears leaving only a small orb of compacted flesh and other materials.
"That's the black hole you made after watching that space documentary?" She nods and I feel a bit excited to try out new things I also have been coming up with from watching different shows.
"It's not a real black hole because it uses Devourer and not space or gravity but it serves the same point. It uses devourer to pull everything in but I stop it manually from actually consuming what it pulls in and instead use my demonic energy to condense it. It consumes all my power very quickly so I need to rest before using it again." I look at the orb and give her a thumbs up, I want to show off a few of my new techniques after seeing this in action.
"Can you finish him off?" I ask as I look at her father who seems to have passed out from the pain, blood pouring from his open wounds.
"Nova wanted him for something so let's just secure him and wait for them to finish their opponent." She floats down to her dad and kicks him once in the side.
"Alright." I bind him in my demonic energy and even slap on a gold crystal restriction collar on his neck, dropping a diluted Phenex tear his wounds close up and he stops dying. "Let's watch the good show." She nods and we turn to watch the fights, the crystal beats are tearing through the enemy's forces and Lamp spirits are suppressing prisoners. Athena is fighting some massive black creature with many arms, she is doing fine but I will keep an eye on her.
"Is that a mecha?!" I take a quick peek away from Athena and see a massive Mecha trying its best to fight through the crystal beasts and escape. A shout from the side that I recognize as my husband warns the crystal beast to not damage it beyond repair because he wants to make his own.
"It sure is." I shake my head seeing the crystal beasts instead of scratching and tearing off pieces start to pin it down with their weight by Dog-piling it.
A loud crash on the side gets my attention and I see the beast Athena was fighting fall over dead. I knew she could do it, I give her a wave as she looks around and she smiles and waves back.
This is going well, hopefully, Dodo managed to find the massive bomb buried beneath all of us and disabled it so we don't get blown up.

- Dodo POV -
"Is this a bomb?" I land on a massive spherical container that has a yummy fish swimming inside.
Probably not a bomb, but that fish sure made an explosion of flavor come out in my mouth. I bounce to the next object and eat it as well, wait wasn't I supposed to not eat anything that could be useful?
A massive object with a countdown on it in the middle of the room starts buzzing and I approach it. Is this the bomb?
I pat it with my arms and it sure feels like it's getting hot, best to eat it just in case!
Looking around after eating the hot object I wonder if I managed to get the bomb, best eat a few more objects to make sure!
