The new hero.

In a open field, there was a group of armored men in a circular formation around some tents and two humans that were sparring.

One of them was a tall, muscular man and the other one was a teenage woman with black hair and brown eyes.

The man easily overwhelming the woman, who was incredibly tired and had a lot of wounds in her body.

[Huff... Huff...Hey... Can't we stop this yet?... I'm tired] Said the woman as she fell to the ground.

The man looked at the sky and then he contemplated the question for a few seconds.

[It should be fine now... The sun is already setting]

Even though he didn't like having to harm a woman he didn't have any options here, even though he was a knight in reality he was nothing but a puppet of the government.

They had been training the woman so she could kill the old hero but he wondered whether that would be possible or not. The last time he saw him he was able to murder most of the politicians and royalty easily, completely overwhelming even the strongest knights and bodyguards.

He saw the woman walking towards her tent and hoped she would never have to fight Cadamni.

I entered my tent after the training finished, and I trew myself to the ground as I sighed.

(God... I can't do this anymore... It's been three weeks since I got into this shit hole of a world)

I started to tear up.

I had been basically kidnapped, without a way to go back home. And now I needed to "train" so that I could kill someone I didn't even know.

(Hero...? what a joke... They only call me that to justify their behavior!)

In reality I had already tried to scape this place but the security was too tight, and they were very cautious about my behavior, not letting me be alone at all. I soon realized that even if I managed to scape there would be nothing I could really do without having a way to go back to my home, so I decided to follow along with whatever they wanted me to do at the moment until I found a way home.

But it was still uncomfortable, being in an unfamiliar place, without anyone that you knew.

I was just coming back from school when it happened...

I had finished studying for the day, and I was walking towards my house.

(I need to buy a present for my brother... his birthday is coming soon)

I was wondering what to get for my brother's birthday, he was goin to turn 14 in the next week, and even though I didn't talk with him a lot we were still family so I should at least buy him something.

(Huumm, He has been working out lately, so maybe some weights? but that would be boring... I should just ask him what he wants!]

I continued walking while thinking about my little brother, until I saw my home.

[Oh! hello there Mr cat! would you mind if I pet you?]

I saw a black cat, and I got close to it trying to pet it, since the cat did not seem to be bothered I started petting its back while laughing.

[There, there, you like it huh? he he]

The cat started to purr, and I didn't notice the 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲.

I petted the cat for a few more seconds until I suddenly felt as if I was being pulled by gravity.

[...Huh?]

I saw my house in the distance as I fell into the rupture in space.

That was how I disappeared from my world, only to reappear in an unfamiliar place without my family or friends.

I don't know how that happened.

There was a being that the president referred to as "God", but even he seemed surprised that I actually came to this world, apparently, something caused the space between worlds to become weaker, or so he said. He seemed to be scared of something, but what would someone called God be scared of?

[Ugh... I hope I can go home soon...]

I felt bad as I remembered my situation, but then I heard a voice.

[He He... I also want to go home]

I got goosebumps and then I turned around.

[I thought finding you would be harder, but it turns out the government still likes to publicize the hero's movements to the whole world]

I saw a man with black hair and purple eyes looking at me.

[w-who are you?!] I shouted at the suspicious stranger.

[Well, that's rude... I'll tell you after you introduce yourself]

I looked at my surroundings, I had shouted quite loudly but nobody seemed to have noticed, and this man was able to sneak into my tent without the guards noticing.

Without options, I answered.

[I'm... lasse fester..., What are you doing here and who are you?]

The man smiled.

[You can be assured that I'm not going to harm you, You could even say that I'm giving you a chance to get out of this place]

The man then bowed and introduced himself.

[...I go by Cadamni Fido in this world, and I bet that you've heard a lot about me]

He looked at me in the eye as he continued talking.

[...I'm the man who killed half of the government... The man who was brought to this shit hole before three years before you...]

He stretched his hand towards me, asking for a handshake.

[I'm the first "hero", and the strongest human in this continent]

He smiled once more.
