I can't count how many times did I check on my wristwatch and what is the exact time. I was calling Samantha, but her cell phone was turned off. I had been waiting for her at six o'clock but at eight o'clock Samantha still hadn't arrived. I called Jr. too but his cell phone just rang, and he didn't answer. I was suddenly nervous, something is happening that I can't explain. 


I got up from my seat to leave, I brought my car so I could go home immediately to check what was really happening and Samantha wasn't able to meet me tonight. It’s not her habit not to show up at the meetings we plan, just now. 


I was about to leave when my cellphone suddenly rang, Jr. was calling. I immediately answered his call. 


"Hello, Jr. Where are you? Are you with Samantha?" I asked him immediately. 


"S-sir ..." that's all he said. That's when my suspicion was formed that something had happened I didn't know why Samantha didn't come to our dinner date.
