Chapter 47

Lilith slowly opened my eyes, I was seated beside her. "Diamond are you alright?" Lilith asked. That's cute, she's asking if I'm alright when I should be the one to ask her that. "Yes" I replied. "What about Silver? Is he alright? Did he die?" She asked. "No.....he's an immortal so he wouldn't die" I said.

"Are....are you sure?" Lilith asked. "Yes don't worry" I said. "Thank goodness" Lilith said. "How're you feeling?" I asked. "I'm good" Lilith replied. Few minutes later a maid entered our room. "Your Majesty....Prince Silver asked you both to meet him in the Throne room." The maid said.

"What's the matter?" I asked. "His Majesty is awake and Prince Silver request that the both of you meet him in the Throne room and he also wants you to act" The maid said. "Act? Why?" Lilith asked. "His Majesty is looking for his bride so Prince Silver wants everyone to pretend that we were all ambushed today" The maid said.

"Very well" I said. The maid left us immediately. "Lilith how's your acting skills?" I asked. "I excel when it comes to acting" Lilith said. "OK then let's go" I said. Lilith and I entered the Throne room, the very minute we entered. Everyone stared at us. "Where is my bride?" Damian asked, his voice echoed through the room. "Brother I'm....there's something I have to tell you" Silver said.

"Where is my bride Silver?" Damian said. "We were attacked this Morning Damian" I said as I made my way to meet Damian. "So? Where is Dahlia and didn't we get married?" Damian said. "That's what Diamond is trying to say your Majesty. Everyone was gathered in the hall waiting for your arrival but you didn't show up. Dahlia thought you stood her up so in the process of waiting for you.....we were attacked your Majesty" Lilih said.

Sliver and I lookef at Lilith in shock "Who attacked us? And where was I when all this was happening?" Damiam asked. "You were sleeping of course" I said to myself. "From the look of things we suspect Ixia's doing....she must have casted a sleeping spell on you" I said. "What about Dahlia?" Damian asked but everyone was silent.

"We were out numbered your Majesty...everyone fought for their lives. Your brother literally defended the Kingdom with his life, the same with Dahlia... But I wish I could tell you that Dahlia was up in her room waiting for your arrival and that she wasn't mad at you and that she was preparing a date so you guys could have another wedding but sadly she was killed by Ixia. We where so busy with defending the Kingdom that we didn't realize that Dahlia was killed. I know that she defended your Kingdom with love and courage" Lilith said while trying to wipe away the tears with her hands.

Wow how did Lilith do it? How did she just cry suddenly. "She's dead?" Damian asked. "Yes" I replied. "I don't understand why would Ixia kill Dahlia and not me?" Damian asked. Every were was silent. "Your Majesty, Ixia said that Dahlia stole something important from her that's why she killed her" Lilith said. "Would you like to see her corpse?" I asked cause I know Damian is a clever Vampire and he might want to see the corpse.

"No....Silver do me the honors of giving her a proper burial" Damian said. "It would be a pleasure brother" Silver said. "Now everyone leave....I want to be left alone" Damian said. Everyone left, Sliver and I dragged Lilith to a corner.

"Lilith how did you do it?" I asked. "It was as if you flipped the switch and then suddenly tears began to pour down like a river" Silver said.

"I was once in drama class back in high school" Lilith said. "You need to rest" Silver said. "What are you going to do with Dahlia's body? Would you really give her a proper burial?" Lilith asked. "Hell no.....I'm gonna dump her body by the river banks" Silver said. Lilith left, Silver and I went to the river and we threw her body into the river.

I was soon informed that Damian refused to talk to anyone. I went to the throne room and he just asked me to leave. I went to Lilith's room. "Who is it?" Lilith asked. "It's me" I said. I opened the door and I entered the room. "Diamond? What brings you here?" Lilith asked. "Um.....I need a favor to ask" I said. "What is it?" Lilith asked. "Damian is in a really bad mood.....he doesn't want to talk to anyone so I was wondering if you could talk to him" I said.

"What makes you think that Damian will talk to me when he refused to talk to you?" Lilith asked. "Please Lilith you're our last hope" I said. "OK....OK fine, I'd go but if I don't come back with my head, I'd have you to blame.....where's he?" Lilith asked. "He's in the throne room" I replied.

I left Lilith's room, I met Silver in the dinning room. We were having dinner, so many minutes later Damian walks into the room with his hand his head. "Diamond do you have a potion that could help with my headache?" I asked. "Damian? Are you back?" I asked. "What do you mean by that? Where exactly did I go?" Damian asked.

"Do you remember anything?" Silver asked. "What the f**k are you guys talking about?" Damian asked. "You don't remember getting married to a Witch?" I asked. "Why the heck would I marry a Witch?" Damian said. "You don't remember saying i love you baby with all my heart or once we get married baby what's mine is your?" Silver asked.

"Or the part where you said Perfect is gone and I would admit it was tough without Perfect but now I have Dahlia by my side" I said mimicking Damian's voice. "Who the hell is Dahlia and why the f**k would I marry her?" Damian asked. "Never mind that tell us what you remember" I said., Damian sat down on his chair.

"All I could remember is being angry for an unknown reason. I felt like going berserk on everyone then I felt someone touched my shoulder and suddenly all my anger disappeared. I opened my eyes were I saw Perfect standing in front of me, I walked up to her but she kept going backwards. She suddenly stopped, I bent down and I kissed her" Damian said.

"Perfect?" I asked. "Yes but when I pulled away I realized that it was Lilith standing before me" Damian said. "So what did you do?" Silver asked. "When I pulled away I looked her in the eyes and then her lips. I couldn't believe I kissed Lilith. I gently creased her cheeks, I bent down and kissed her again. I couldn't believe it was reality but she pushed me and she ran away."

"Wow I can't believe you kissed Lilith" Silver said. "It's not the first time though" I said. "How did you know?" Damian asked. "I'm a Witch.....but we are all excited to have you back" I said. "I'd be in my room if you need me and Diamond I'd be expecting to potion" Damian said. Damian left and I was left with Silver.

"I think I shall call it a night" I said. I stood up and made my way to the door, I felt a hand pull me back. I turned to see Silver standing behind me. What does he want?. He pulls me closer and he kissed me. "Wh...what is wrong with you?" I asked. "It's a good night kiss" Silver said. I went to my room without any word.
