Deal

Lucas slowly handed his sword to Doris. Doris collected it from his and she pulled it out from it's shield and took a look at it.

"Follow me if you wanna see the way I'm gonna beat your Vampire Prince"Doris smirked as she walked away. Gideon and Lucas silently followed.

Doris barged into the training court and her eyes caught sight of Kai who was speaking to Leon.

"Did you miss so much Wife? I just left you"Kai teasingly smiled as he walked up to the trio. Doris flashed a devishily smile towards him.

"I didn't miss you, Your Highness. I came here to teach you a lesson" Doris coldly said.

"You seem provoked. Sorry to say, Your Highness but I'm not in the mood to fight or argue with you." Kai said tauntingly and Doris glared at him.

"How bout we make a deal?" Doris grinned.

"What?"

"Let's fight and whoever wins requests something from the loser" Doris smiled revealing her dazzling white teeth. Kai ached his eyebrow as he looked at the littling in front of him.

"Is that the latest thing reigning in your brain? Huh? Doris?" Kai smirked and Doris haughtily glare at him.

"Yes!! but I'm better off you" Doris spatted.

"Really? With what?" Kai bent closer to her, his head and hers aligned.

"Just forget it Kai! " Doris yelled. She knew exactly what she was doing. She wanted this fight to take place because she wanted to confirm something. She acting coldly was just an act , she wanted Kai to know how serious she wanted the of 'em to fight.

"I can't fight with you! You are of no match to me. I could just kill you" Kai said lackadaisically. Doris felt a sharp pain.

"Let me fight with her instead then!" Melissa's voice was heard.

"Nice! You can go ahead with me Mom. She's an expert in swordfighting" Kai told Doris.

"I can't fight with your Mom. She's like a mother to me. It's you I want" Doris pouted seriously.

"Wanna die in my hands?" Kai tilted his head as he walked away from her. He sat on a chair where he could perfectly watch the fight.

"I can't fight with you, Mom"Doris called her Mother for the first time.

"It's suits you but if you want Kai to fulfil your request you have to fight me and win of course" Melissa smiled.

"consider me your enemy now!" Melissa strictly said and Doris rolled her eyes over. She can't fight with her! It's Kai she wanted to deal with and not his Mother.

Kai sat at the other end of the court as he watched the two females.

"Three!" Lucas shouted and Doris gave him a glare. Melissa held her sword tight. Melissa knew that she could win Doris but she had a mission to accomplish.

"Two!" Doris held her sword tight as her eyes menacing glared at Kai. She also had a mission to accomplish here.

"One! Go!" Lucas said loudly and Melissa began to attack Doris. Doris was temporarily surprised but she remembered what Melissa told her. They are enemies now!

Melissa swung her sword like she was really gonna kill Doris and Doris on the other hand was finding it difficult to defend herself.

If she doesn't win against Melissa and find out about the truth between she and Kai, then all her efforts to make Kai love her was all in vain.

Doris frowned towards Melissa as her demon within her took a stand. She never wanted to hurt Melissa but since she was really meaning to cut her head off, she also has to the same.

Doris began to attack Melissa strenuously. Melissa stumbled back as she couldn't defend herself from Doris immediate attack. Melissa buttoned up, the both of them weren't determined to give up. It was like they were giving their life as a bet to whosoever losses.

A devilish grin escaped from Doris lip as she intentionally increased her attack, she swiped her sword towards the left injuring Melissa's arm. Melissa yelped and Doris used the opportunity to hit her sword out of her hand. Her sword fell down and Doris pointed her sword to her neck. Melissa's eye widened.

"So, it's true!" That was the word that came out from Melissa's mouth. Doris threw her a questioning look.

Kai was surprised by Doris move, he quickly stood up and called the fight off.

"Enough!! What do you want Doris?" Kai sternly asked. He already that his Mom would win the fight but obviously his prediction was wrong. Now, he has to oblige to whatever Doris want or say.

Doris averted her gaze towards him as she menacing looked into his blue eyes. Those were the days that those eyes were are weakness. Kai walked up to her.

"Tell me, Did you...." Doris trailed off as Kai hissed.

"So, it didn't work huh?" Kai spatted out. Doris eyes were filled with tears as she folded her lip together. She clenched her fist as she threw him a thunderous punch across the face.

Everybody in the scenario were surprised and they couldn't get the glimpse for the reason of their attack.

"So, all my efforts were in vain Kai. You should have just told me" Doris gave him another punch. Kai stumbled backward as he cleaned the blood coming out of him nose.

"Stop it now Doris! I had no choice but to do it" Kai yelled and another punch landed across his face. Leon leapt and landed before Doris. He bowed.

"Pls stop Your Highness. You can punch me instead" Leon bowed down.

"Stand back Leon!" Doris warned but Leon remained adamant. Doris gave Leon a punch that he flew out of her view. Everyone's jaw dropped.

"Stop it now Doris or I will hurt you" Kai warned but Doris remained unfazed. She slowly walked towards him. but Lucas held her back.

"It's enough now Your Highness" Lucas said gently. Doris removed her arms from his hold and stormed out from the court.

"Phew, You guys owe me one!" Lucas proudly said while Kai glared at him.

Melissa watched Kai as he kept on cleaning the blood dripping down his nose. He is a Vampire, so he will heal fast.
