Xavier backed away slowly then turned his back on him, while Rachel gasped with wide eyes in disbelief.
The blue eyed man turned to him with his usual cold expression. "Of course I like you. If I didn't like you, you wouldn't end up in my bed. I've loved you since ten years ago, and that's never going to change," he corrected.
One hand was on her waist, the other was stroking her messy-looking hair. Xavier himself did not know why he was this angry and worried about a woman who even only had the status of his bedmate.
