EVIE
She decided to just let it slide for now and deal with it later. She only has two days left before one of her worst nightmares, standing in front of the crowd and making a speech.
Fortunately, Lord Argyris understood her situation and the limited amount of time that she has. He helped her make the speech and adjust it according to each land's culture and needs.
The speech was already good. The only thing that matters now is her delivery.
"To everyone present -" Evie started practicing her speech.
She was standing in front of a whole-body mirror and holding the notes in her hand.
"Please keep your chin up and square your shoulders, your Majesty," Lord Argyris repeated again in a formal tone. "Look at the people and smile at them."
Evie drew in a deep breath and exhaled through her mouth as she obeyed him, even though deep inside, she was already thinking of being absent on her first speech.
