The sudden idea after my first Tensura Slime fanfic. The story of this man who was reincarnated on a mission to save The That time i got reincarnated as a slime world.

He will not become Rimuru. Instead he will be his friend.

Begins as Chapter 2. Chapter 1 in my other fanfic. The reincarnation starts at the start of the story. Rimuru will still be in the cave at this point.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As The Hero Of The Universe

So i finally had an idea. I will teleport them away will we go into a dimension that time flies faster so that we will skip it easily. But that will just lead me not getting Kaijin into our village (possibly) and i won't be in the court.


So i just let things happen and let rimuru transform into mimicry. And scared everyone away.


We are now in prison. It's a stone room barred off from the outside with iron bars.


A dwarven guard walks into the room where my cell is in.


He asked questions about what happened.


If it's about what happened at the gates then i'll just do this anime power.


So we were just getting in line and getting harassed by some thugs. 


And my friend slime "Rimuru" got angry and transformed into a Tempest star wolf and scared everyone in line while attacking the thugs.


The Gang is now lying unconscious on the floor while everyone on the line are scared to the point they freeze for one minute. The guards ran to where im at in the line to find out what's going on.


Then they found us and took us in as a prisoner.


And then after a few minutes i find my self in this jail cell.


Rimuru - So you're the guard captain right? What's your name?


Rimuru - Kaido? I'm Rimuru, and this human here is my friend Jizen.


Kaido - You got a name that's pretty rare. But this human is somehow glowing?


Suddenly, the door behind him slammed open and another guard ran in.


Guard - Sir! An Armorsaurus has appeared in the mines!


Guard - A punitive force has been sent, but some of the miners have been attacked. They're badly injured!


Guard - That's... We don't have enough due to the preparations for the war!


Jizen (whisper) - Hey! Rimuru, can you give them some health potions?


Rimuru - Hey! Mister Kaido! I've got some health potions. You need them i presume?


(The health potion barrel has been summoned...)


Kaido - Eh? Why does a slime like you have health potions?


Rimuru - That doesn't matter for now. You can have it!


He opens the cell door and grabs the barrel and walks away.


And so, they left. We also placed some clones while we enter our favorite mansion playing some video games in my dimension. I also showed rimuru some of my skills.


Jizen - Watch me cut this rock with my portals.


(A flying portal "shuriken" thing slices through the rock perfectly.


Rimuru - Wow! i've never seen a "perfect" cutted thing!


Jizen - I can also duplicate some stuff. Watch.


(Flying rock flies towards the portal and two more rocks fly out from the below.)


Alright, One hour has passed. They introduced themselves and thanked us for the potion we gave them.


We finally got out! Well i could have finished the story quest at my hou- Coughs But anyways we told Kaido about wanting an artesian to help me with building problems back at the village.


Alright! We are going to Kaijins area now!
