A few minutes later...
Burp~
"That was quite good, I should hunt Wyvern more often"
Kazemi praised with a satisfied smile while patting his belly as he kept a mental note to hunt more Wyvern.
He stood up and stretched his arms and legs while he looked around with a thoughtful face.
"I guess... I should start building my temporary base now"
Kazemi muttered as he started envisioning a plan and a blueprint in his head when all of a sudden his body started aching in pain and dropped down to the ground.
"Ah... this is why I didn't want to use this magic..."
The magic he performed earlier was a variation of sword magic that incorporates the breathing technique but it comes with a requirement and that is to have a strong body.
With his 7-year-old body, he wasn't able to handle the burden that brings by using this magic due to his nerves and physical trait being amplified by both the breathing technique and magic.
He remembered the first time he had used this magic and when he did... his entire body was aching all over his body for several hours before it starts to recede.
And from that moment on, he decided to only use this magic when it is really necessary or in a life and death situation.
"Well then, I guess it's decided... I'll do it tomorrow..."
Kazemi stated and groaned in pain as he slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep.

[ April 21, Year 772 ]
3 months... that's how long I've been in this forest and my experience for these past 3 months wasn't that bad compared to the first few days that I arrived here.
I've surprisingly adapted to the environment as well as the existence of these monsters that could potentially kill me at any moment.
To be honest, It's not that hard to live with these monsters once you spent 3 months of loneliness without anyone to talk to.
I've come to have some fondness for these cute little dangerous creatures... well except for some especially the four overlords of this forest.
The four overlords or what I like to call Alpha Beasts, are magical creatures that are much stronger compared to a normal creatures and these four overlords individually control parts of the forest which are split into four territories.
The Nothern Territory, the nest of Vulcans and ruled by an Albino Vulcan who is one of the overlords.
The Western Territory, the nest of Weretigers and ruled by the Queen of Weretiger who is one of the overlords.
The Eastern Territory, the nest of Werelions and ruled by the King of Werelions who is one of the overlords.
The Southern Territory, the nest of Lizardmen and ruled by a Mutated Lizardman who is one of the overlords.
These four territories are considered off-limits by all creatures of this forest that even if a being steps a single foot on their territory, that creature would immediately perish by whatever beast that lives on it.
I would be lying if I said that I'm not interested in killing one of the overlords, I mean they are the strongest creatures in this forest and only by killing one of them would it make me feel that I didn't waste all my training for nothing.
The only reason I haven't gone to kill one of them is because of the fear of being overwhelmed by a herd of beasts under them.
It would be ideal if they were alone that way I could hunt them with no worries but sadly they aren't but it doesn't matter anymore.
I'm not even sure that I'll be in this forest long enough to dare kill one of them... I mean there's no way Mabel is cruel enough to leave me here alone for a long time.
...right?
...
[ January 2, Year 773 ]
I was wrong...
I never thought that Mabel would actually leave me here in this forest for a year, not even bothering to visit nor see me even once.
After a year of living here, my instincts were already trained enough to the point that I could sense any living creatures near me in a limited radius.
"My goal of coming here had already been completed long ago but how come I'm still here!?"
I asked while laying on the ground as I gazed at the night sky with a depressed look
What is Mabel-san thinking... do I still have another goal for coming here and if I did couldn't she tell me what it is.
Sigh~
At least the time wasn't wasted living here in this godforsaken forest for nothing since it has made my body much stronger and more flexible.
Not only that but because my body has grown stronger, I can now use 'Sword Magic: Water Style' for three times before my body stopped working due to the pressure of overworking my muscles.
"Now what?"
I asked myself in contemplation while drumming my belly in boredom.
"Hmm... maybe I should go hunt down one of the overlords"
"You're right... that sounds like a good idea"
"This might even be one of the requirements that Mabel-san wanted me to complete so that I can get out of this forest"
"That sound very convincing to me"
I talked to myself as a smile formed on my face but immediately changed to that of embarrassment.
"Hah~ I'm going crazy for even having a conversation of myself"
"I really need to get out of this place and talk to someone before I become a lunatic"
I stated before standing up and brushing my pants off as dirt and dust fell.
"Hoh~ It's decided then... I'll make a plan first and prepare some stuff before launching an attack"
"Hmm... but I still need to choose which one should I fight..."
"...Would it be the Albino Vulcan... the Weretiger Queen... the Werelion King... or the Mutated Lizardman..."
"Such a tough decision... Oh well I'll choose something tomorrow... for now it's time to sleep"
