Emily Stone wasn't particular about where she ate, casually picking a Western-style restaurant.

The restaurant was small but distinctively decorated, a genuine French establishment with great-tasting food.

In less than fifteen minutes, Emily had finished off her entire steak. She wiped her mouth with a wet napkin, and when she looked up, she saw Owl Eagle staring at her, his eyes slightly filled with surprise.

She could read the meaning in his eyes; he must have been shocked by her unrefined way of eating.

So she laughed and said, "Sorry, I eat like this when I'm hungry, quite crude, right?"

Owl Eagle's lips curved up as he averted his gaze, "It's rare to see a girl eat like that."

He had always thought Tara Summer was unpretentious when she ate, but this woman was even more nonchalant than her.
